S C A R L E T

I cocked the gun in my hands and looked up to Raiden, who to my surprise, looked excited to be able to shoot some walkers. I rolled my eyes, and tossed the shot gun, but like the idiot he is, he didn't catch it. What was even worse, is that when it fell on the floor it went off and almost shot him. I mean, couldn't it at least not miss.

I looked down at Raiden who was on the floor shielding himself from the bullet. I didn't move, from my standing position, even when the gun went off.

"Get up, and next time, try and catch the gun" I told him.

It was annoying, such a pretty face, but yet barley any brains. Not a good combination, if you ask me. I once again picked the shot gun off the floor and instead of passing it to the dweeb, I handed it to him. Raiden smiled sheepishly at me, and nodded as I shoved the gun into his hands.

"You are pretty scary for a fifteen year old, you know" Raiden muttered.

"Thanks" I told him.

"And you're pretty wimpy for a nineteen year old" I told him .

He didn't say anything out loud, but his glare was enough to tell me I annoyed him. I continued scanning through the many guns, and finally settled on a hand gun for Raiden.

"Here" I said, handing him the small but deadly weapon.

Raiden looked at the gun with disgust, and looked back at me, with a 'are you kidding me' expression.

"You're shitting me" Raiden told me.

I rolled my eyes. I have no idea how many times I have been over this with him.

"Raiden, for the last time. I'm not shitting you." I explained.

Raiden once again glared at me.

"Cut the act kid, and hand me another gun, something bigger" He said.

I shook my head no, and dared him to argue with me.

"I already gave you a shot gun, so shut up and be happy" I snapped.

Raiden huffed. I rolled my eyes, and grabbed my trusty honey badger, and clipped the strap on. Now my gun hanged on my back with the help of the strap that wrapped around my right shoulder. I also had my throwing daggers in its holsters beside my ankles (just in case), and my hand gun in its holster (just because).

"So let me get this straight." Raiden started.

I groaned while leaning my head back with annoyance, clearly he didn't get the memo when I told him to shut up.

"You get to have throwing daggers, an awesome gun, and a hand gun, at least let me have something cool" Raiden said.

I rolled my eyes. Raiden, walked up to the shelf, which I labeled explosives, and grabbed a grenade, which again I looted off of an army soldier.

"How the hell do you even get this stuff" He asked, examining the deadly weapon.

I held my breath as he twisted and turned the grenade to look at it better. I instantly froze as he shook the grenade.

Who in their right mind shakes a grenade!!!

"Raiden" I said slowly.

"Put. The grenade. Down" I told him calmly.

He looked at me and rolled his eyes. Instead of being smart, he continued to examine the grenade, with his idiotic ways. I cringed when he threw it in the air, and caught it.
