Enji Todoroki muttered to himself gruffly, wiping the blood off his knuckles. But, the blood was not his own. It belonged to his youngest son, and training to become Enji's successor, Shoto Todoroki. The training that had started at 6:00 all the way to just a few minutes ago, which was 8:30. 14 hours and thirty minutes of training, which had turned into an abusive beating in the last thirty minutes. All the training and beating left Shoto barely able to walk, move, speak, or even breath. His pale body was covered in purple/black bruises, cuts, burns, blood, and tears.

The worst that had happened to Endeavor was bloody knuckles and a broken nose, which had set him off into his physical abuse frenzy. Even though the neighbors had either been awoken or had been hearing the fighting, crashing, the sounds of Shoto's screams and cries, they did nothing. They were either scared of Endeavor or chose to ignore it. Cowards. Enablers. Sick.
Even after years of it, they all still chose to ignore this.

Endeavor bandaged his fists, but hadn't yet tended to his broken nose. It hurt like a son of a bitch. But, Enji was knocked out of his train of thought when he heard the sound of other voices. Being as quiet as possible, Enji followed the noise, which led into his living room. The sound of voices came from the TV. Enji sighed a bit, releasing some tension built up in the red haired man's shoulders. The channel was one Enji did not recognize as one anyone in his household. It was an old timely cartoon, in all black and white with bad voice recording.

"What the hell?" Endeavor squinted his blue eyes, stepping closer to the TV with confusion. Did the thing malfunction? No, this thing was brand new. Did Natsou or Fuyumi come home? No, that couldn't be the case either. Natsou was at his friends house for the weekend and Fuyumi was at her boyfriends house. Could Shoto have done it then? If he had, Enji would have heard the footsteps. Besides, he had locked Shoto in the basement, so he wouldn't have been able to get into the living room in the first place.

Suddenly, a loud yell erupted from behind the #2 Hero, and Enji was hit in the back with a chair. The chair itself shattered into pieces upon impacting the large man's back. Endeavor fell down to his knee, feeling a bit rocky from the blow. But he had no time to which Enji could properly react as he was kicked in his temple. He fell to the floor, and before he knew it, a foot was placed on the back of his neck, pinning him to the ground. Looking up, Endeavor instantly recognized his attacker as Tomura Shigaraki. The leader of the League of Villains.
"Hello, Endeavor." Shigaraki hissed, grinning behind Father's fingers maliciously.

"Shigarak--" Enji coughed as the pressure became heavier, causing him to claw helplessly at the ground. Tomura was only there to kill Endeavor. But, he didn't really have a set in stone reason. Maybe it was because he wanted to pick off the Hero's one by one. So, when it came time for All Might's end, the Hero Society would really be at it's knees. Hopefully this could happen before 1-A graduated. Or, maybe he just really hated Endeavor.
"Don't get all excited, your death will be swift." Shigaraki snickered as he began to remove his specially made black gloves. Then, Shigaraki heard a noise. It was faint, but it sounded like whining.

Shigaraki became curious, so he grabbed a candle and smashed it against Endeavor's head. This knocked the Hero out cold. Shigaraki left the living room, following the noise into the kitchen and near a door. it was locked from the outside, and Shigaraki could definitely hear whining. Shigaraki decayed the door, but found that there wasn't a light switch. Putting his glove back on, Shigaraki grabbed onto the railing as he ventured down the stone stairway. He also took out his phone and used it's flashlight so he didn't injure himself.

It was blizzard level cold, at least below 0 degrees. It was most likely entirely built out of concrete, by the echo of Shigaraki's footsteps and how cold the place was. At the bottom of the stair way, the whining turned into loud sobs and begging.
"Please Father, i'm sorry! I'm so sorry! I promise I won't hurt you like that again! Just please don't make me train anymore! I'm sorry! I'm sorry!"
Aiming his light source better, Shigaraki felt himself stop dead in his tracks.
