It has been quite a few months since Todoroki joined the L.O.V, and since then Shigaraki's infatuation with the boy has only grown. At this point he could create a picture-perfect drawing of Todoroki without even having to look at him he had his entire appearance memorized. And yet still each time he saw him, Shigaraki was blown away just by how beautiful Todoroki was. And he wasn't just a pretty face that the villain liked having around, he was a good friend too. Though emotions weren't really his strong suit, Todoroki was an amazing listener, and was always there if Shigaraki needed to rant about something, be it good or bad. He was also a fairly good errand boy, getting the League whatever they needed and gave them some tips about his classmates quirks whenever he was asked. 

And Shigaraki wasn't the only one who had taken a liking to Shoto. Twice obviously became very friendly towards the newbie villain, happy to make another new friend. Todoroki also has gained the habit of helping Jin control his other personality a bit better, or at least calm him down when he goes into one of his many panic attacks. Sometimes Jin will wake up in the middle of the night, having one of his episodes, having been dreaming of his past. And without hesitation, Shoto would quickly go to his room and calm him back down, reminding him that he's safe and no one was going to ever hurt him. They have a very warm and innocent friendship that reminds Toga of a wacky uncle with nephew or an eccentric big brother with a more down to earth little brother. 

Speaking of which, Toga also took a big liking to Shoto. In some aspects he reminded her of Big Sis Magne, maybe it was because he didn't mind her putting some makeup on him or dressing him up in some more feminine clothing options. At first Toga suspected Todoroki being a closeted trans since he was so cool about being put into girls clothes, but he explained to her that he just didn't care what gender people saw him as, and he didn't mind doing boyish or girlish things. What also made Toga very happy and respectful of Todoroki was when they talked about Magne he never misgendered her, even after Toga told him about her being trans. This definitely gave him major good points in her book. 

Spinner and Compress also found a good friend in Shoto, but both for similar yet different reasons. 

Spinner loves to teach Todoroki more about Stain the Hero Killer, despite Shigaraki blowing up the few times he caught Spinner doing it. Shigaraki would always say that he doesn't want any of Stain's stupid logic getting thrown at Todoroki, as if he was protecting the kid's purity or something. Spinner also found it easy to talk with Todoroki and felt pretty comfortable around him, especially since the kid didn't question his looks or anything. Though he did once as if he could re-grow his tail if it was ever chopped off. That was a little weird. 

Compress, being defiantly like a funny uncle type, loved showing Todoroki magic tricks. Todoroki is fairly gullible, and he falls for each trick, wondering how it's done. The look in Todoroki's eyes would remind Compress of when he was a street performer. Compress has recently been showing Todoroki how to do a few card tricks.
Everyone but Dabi seemed to like Shoto. It was probably because Dabi still wanted to kill Shoto to some degree. 

But anyways, back to Shigaraki. 
He had realized after some research about his feelings that he was 'in love' with Shoto. He didn't like the term 'in love', thinking it was too cheesy for a villain to have romantic feelings. He had tried countless times to get ride of them, wishing he could just take these emotions, rip them up like paper, thrown them into a blender to further rip them apart, then force Toga to drink them. What? She liked romance and had tones of crushes. Shigaraki was sure she wouldn't mind. But Tomura just couldn't stop feeling these things, and it was driving him crazy. 

So today he was going to attempt to solve it. His own, obviously. Let's see how this is gonna go. 

Shigaraki opened Todoroki's door without knocking, which by the way is so rude of you Tomura. Todoroki looked up from his book at his boss, expression written with confusion. Shigaraki was the type of person to knock. Usually. But at least Todo wasn't in the nude or doing something else embarrassing. "Did you need something?" Todoroki inquired, slipping a book mark into the page he was previously reading. 
"Yeah, I have a mission for you." Shigaraki closed the door behind him, at least remembering to do at least that. 
"Oh, really? What is it?" Todoroki sat his book aside, his attention fully on his boss. 
"Go on a date with me."
"Huh?"
"Go on a date with me or die."
