Shigaraki appeared very annoyed, and he was. He glared down at the book in front of him with hate. "Do I really have to do this?" Shigaraki questioned, rubbing the space between his eyes, feeling like a migraine was coming on.
"Yes," Todoroki nodded, before tilting the book to make it straighter, unlike him, "now just read for a little bit longer."
"Why do I even need to know this? I really don't need to know any of this." Shigaraki complained, leaning back into his chair.
"When you get your Villain group together you can't just communicate face to face or over a call." Todoroki reminded.
"Why not?"
"Because there's going to be a great chance that their hiding from heroes, or are in a situation where they can't talk. In those cases, you'll have to read any texts they might send you." Todoroki explained.

"But I call you all the time, and we barely text at all. Unless i'm showing you a video or something.." Shigaraki muttered his second sentence, trying to prove his point and not counting video sending as texting.
"That's because I'm usually able to answer your calls. But I can fix that."
"Eh?"
"I'll just start texting instead of calling."
Shigaraki's eyes narrowed, "You wouldn't."
Todoroki raised a brow, his eyes half closed, giving a 'try me' look to his boss. Shigaraki flung his head back and groaned loudly, "FIINE. Just don't ghost me."
"I wouldn't be ghosting you," Todoroki hooked his finger around the collar of Shigaraki's black shirt, tugging on it to signal to the older male that he needed to sit back up, "I would still be answering."

"But I wouldn't be able to respond to whatever you said to me, I call that ghosting." Shigaraki huffed, crossing his arms on the bar top, looking over where he had left off.
"Whatever you say. You left off here." Todoroki pointed to the start of the second paragraph on the left page.
"I remember," Shigaraki hissed, before he began to read again, "She gazed at the dark sky above her, wondering what she was doing. It was p..pour..ing outside, dr..ench..ing her to the bone, the wind doing no good but making her body shiver. The chances of Taro-Kun finding her out here was..." Shigaraki's eyes squinted in frustration, trying to sound out the word. Todoroki waited patiently, until he could tell Tomura was having a hard time understanding.
"Astronomically low." Shoto helped, and Tomura lightly blushed out of embarrassment.
"I-I knew that.."
"Your doing really well."

Shigaraki averted his gaze from Todoroki, trying to look annoyed, but his his face a faint pink it just made him appear flustered. "I only do this cause you like it, you know that?" Shigaraki asked, tapping his nails against the bar top.
Todoroki was a bit surprised, but smiled, "Really? I guess that means you care about me."
Shigaraki's blush grew darker, pursing his lips, "Yeah, sure, whatever." Todoroki looked back down at the book, still smiling. "What's with you being all happy now?" Shigaraki asked, knowing that Todoroki wasn't that type of person to smile.
"I'm just happy to know i'm one of the things you care about. Do you care about me like how you care about your games?" Todoroki explained. Shigaraki admitted to himself that he really liked Todoroki's smile. It was so rare to see it.
"I care about you a little bit more than my games. But just a little." Shigaraki mumbled out, running his fingers up through his dull blue hair.

Todoroki's smile grew bigger and brighter at Shigaraki's words. The older male looked down at the book, "C-can we get this over with already?"
"Sure."
