TW: Mentions of Big Sis Magne's death, grief over the death of a loved one.

The death of Big Sis Magne's came as a horrible shock to everyone in the League of Villains. Sure, the idea that Overhaul's disagreement about joining them would turn violent was constantly looming over everyone's head, but no one could have ever suspected the length of which it would go. It's been three weeks since the tragedy took place and everyone was still torn up over the death of their fellow comrade. The entire atmosphere of their once chaotic and lively base was now in a desolate state of dolor. The ones hit hardest by Magne's death were Twice and Toga; whose attitudes had taken a severe dip since the meeting with Overhaul. Neither would come out of their rooms unless it had to do with mission work or to use the bathroom.

Everyone was grieving, albeit in their own ways.
Toga would lay in bed either crying or watching videos she had taken with Big Sis.
Twice would lock himself away in his room, distraught and hating himself since he believed that he had been the one to cause Magne's untimely demise.
Spinner's attitude had dulled as well, seeming less enthusiastic than usual.
Mr. Compress had gotten a fever not long after losing his arm and was still recovering from that. Shigaraki had taken a brief hiatus from planning, mainly keeping to himself in his own room. Even Dabi's mood had decreased, seeing as him and Magne had a fairly decent relationship.

Shoto had been doing his best to help everyone through the grief. He knew how important Big Sis Magne was to them all, not just as a reliable teammate but for her kind and caring nature. And since Kurogiri had been taken away not that long before her death, the loss of Magne only added more despair-fuel to the already smoldering depression-fire. The fire/ice user found himself taking on the role that Kurogiri and Magne had filled. He made sure they had supplies to keep them fed and well taken care of, while providing what little emotional support he was able to give. Seeing as how emotions were already difficult for Shoto to show, now having to force himself to push more out was slowly taking its toll on the young man.

At the moment Todoroki was taking clothes he had just washed and dried to Twice's room. Once he arrived Todoroki knocked very softly on the door, as to not startle the man inside. When he didn't get a reply, however, Todoroki slowly nudged the door open and peeked inside. There, he saw Jin curled up in bed, body shuddering as he took in harsh gasps with every hard sob he made. Acting fast, Todo put the clothes down on top of the dresser and ran over to the man's side. "Jin?" He called out, his tone bordering on the usual monotone but was halted by the careful, nurturing aspect to it. Not much different from a loving mother's voice. Twice's unmasked face whips around, looking fearful for just a brief moment before fading, recognizing the familiar expressionless white mask on the new arrival's face; Todoroki commonly wore that mask, though had never gave a direct answer as to why.

Bubaigawara's expression changes back into one of anguish as he turns away, pressing his face against the wrinkled bed sheets to hide from mix-matched eyes. He figured that at the moment he was such a shameful and pitiful sight to see. Jin didn't want to be seen like this, especially not by one of his closest friends. It made the blonde man hate himself even more. Jin's body flinches as a gentle gloved hand touches his bare shoulder, but soon the tension melts away as Shoto's lulling voice begins to speak to him, "None of it is your fault, Jin. No one could have predicted any of what transpired, so taking it all out on yourself isn't very logical nor is it healthy." Jin's crying lightens just a bit, staring at where the deep red paint on the wall in front of him was crusting off.

"No one blames you for what happened to Big Sis or Compress." Todoroki expresses, sitting in the space between Twice and the edge of the bed, "You are our friend and confidant, we love you." Hearing those words Jin begins to wail again, hands coming up to cover his face. Lifting the older into his lap, Shoto lets Twice let it all out onto his shoulder, not caring that tears were soaking his shirt.
"I-I should've--I should've done more.." Twice hiccups in between his words, "I sh-should've stopped both of em' from g-going after Overh-haul!"
Shoto shakes his head, "It all happened too quickly. Even if you had tried anything, you would have died as well. You're still human, Jin. There was only so much you--or any of us for that matter--could have done."
