Episode 24 - For All Time

Some time earlier, the night before the China mission started, when Allen, Silver, Jade and Sora stayed behind.

Jade managed to finish the team's bedroom and left with Sora to get some dinner, Allen sat on one of the beds and started to think about everything that happened so far, only to be interrupted by Silver.

Silver: Allen? Are you asleep?

Allen: Not yet.

Silver: Why didn't you tell me that you knew about Yog.

Allen: Yog?

Silver: Yeah, you know, the elder god that is living inside of me and, for some god forsaken reason, shows itself as a girl. He wants to talk to you.

Before Allen could say anything, Silver closed his eyes and feminine traits grew on his body.

Yog: Didn't I ask you before to treat Silver well?

Allen: The fuck could you possibly want now?

Yog: Why does legend boy keep being mean to me?

Allen: You know about my mission, says that will help me and didn't say a thing since we arrived here. Why are you getting in my way?

Yog: Getting in your way? I'm doing my best to help the legend boy the proper way. How saddening... First, what is the legend boy's goal?

Allen: Finding Jade and keeping her in check. Terminate her if necessary.

Yog: My, it's really saddening to hear you say that...

Allen: Because you know the truth about her?

Yog made a sigh as if she was really regretful.

Yog: I already told the legend boy that I can offer him a much better solution.

Allen: And I completely disregard it. I have my orders, I'm seeing them through the end. No loopholes, no secondary methods.

Yog: Fine, you know what, be that way. When you are finally ready to get your head out of your own rear end, I'll be here.

Silver turned back to normal.

Silver: Whoah! What you two talked about? He-- She seems pissed off beyond relief.

Allen: Don't think about it. It's best if you go to sleep.

That's what Allen remembered right now, when Silver and jade were kicked out from the meeting.

Luiz: Luminary was chosen to be the main strike team on Saisem due to their sudden interest on... Sages.

Marisia: Basically, all those gods from different tales and mythology? They existed, all of them, a long time ago.

Delph: Are you really implying divinities actually exist?

Luiz: They do. But they are all dead for breaking the rules of the universe.

Dramatic pause.

Mari: Created humans, dragons and were godlike to them

Nana: But what do we in Luminary have to do with this?

Roswell: Well, it was our plan all along to have a team specific for Sage stuff in each IBI HQ. As a test, I left a "bait" mission, a team that would be worthy of be chosen would take it.

Luiz: By sheer coincidence, Leo got the mission.

Leo: That Canada mission?! Our very first mission?!

Roswell: That was a test to see the team where I would put Luiz, one of my most trusted agents, to see if they were worthy of joining our cause.

Jacob: And I intend to do the same thing with Marisia, we just haven't found a team for her yet.
