Jade and the others return to the Luminary room just as the guardians are leaving for another day of training.

They only find Paris and Delph, with the latter awfully nervous

Jade: We're back And almost died! I think.

Harper: We didn't 'almost die'. We were almost caught because blondie and special soul here are little miss big mouths.

Harper was still a bit salty with Jade, blaming her for the death of her old friend and still thinking she could have converted him to their cause, or at least get out of there with their covers intact.

Paris: Well, everyone had some adventures lately, eh?

Delph: Yeah, seems like you girls went through a lot.

Paris: Really, we're just glad you are all safe.

Emily: Yea... That place... was...

She shivers.

Emily: Let's say you don't want to know what's under the castles.

Jade looks around, trying to find Allen

Jade: Where's Allen?

Paris: He left earlier than all of us to train with Enlil.

Delph: He must still be upset then...

Jade: What's wrong? What happened? Is he hurt?

Paris: So far, Allen is the only Guardian who lost in the competition. We're winning 3x1.

Delph: He blames himself because, if he had won, the competition would be over with Paris' victory yesterday.

Jade: Oh...

She sighs.

Jade: I get it. I'd feel the same if I was in his place.

Paris strongly pats Delph's back.

Paris: Now it's all cards on "Delphy" here.

Delph: That's a great way to put some pressure on me... Besides, even if I lose, we still have Leo's battle.

Harper: Hey, you are gonna do great.

A young teen with black and blue clothes enters the room.

Delph: Oh! Master Aglibol!

Iah: I told you to call me by my first name and drop the "master".

Delph: Sorry, Master-- I mean, Iah.

Iah: I came to pick you up, tonight's your battle and you still have to finish your trial.

Iah Aglibol, the youngest of Simone's guardians. While all of them were adults, this little guy was younger than Delph, being only 16, which constantly made our mechanic nervous.

Delph: You didn't need to pick me up.

Iah: I did.

Iah looked at Paris.

Iah: The team's bedroom is empty?

Paris: Yeah, everyone already left.

Iah: Good, we'll need to be alone for a while.

Delph: Wait, my trial will be in the bedroom?

Iah: Yes. I need you to sleep.

Iah just walked to the team's bedroom and Delph sighed.

Paris: Relax, my dude. It will be alright. You'll just see the person that holds the most sway in your heart.

Hearing those last words from Paris, Jade couldn't help but wonder who Allen saw on his trial.
