Episode 36 - Beat It

When Luiz arrived back in Madrid it was already too late as battle already started. He watched in the air as black smoke came from the place where the secret IBI base was settled in.

He went in the direction and found Nana, she was tired, trying to catch her breath and was a bit dirty because of the smoke.

Luiz: Nana!

Nana: Seaweed...

She leaned against a wall, too tired to even stand up, Luiz went to her and he patted his shoulder to get some balance.

Nana: Shilu...

Luiz: What about him?

She looked forward and Luiz followed her gaze as the smoke started to dissipate, revealing Leo using his cannon to block Shilu's punch and Sora using her spoons and psychic abilities to boost Leo's strength.

Luiz: Wait...

Shilu had human eyes, but had horns, wings and tail out.

Luiz: An Half-Blood?!

Sora tried to keep focus as she helped keep Leo in the air while he fought.

Luiz: Leo! Switch!

Leo jumped back as Luiz dashed ahead, exchanging a high five, and punched Shilu who got only a bit shaken.

Shilu: One drop of blood? Is that all you can do? Let me show you a real punch!

Shilu mimics Luiz' move of summoning powers around his fist, but with skeletons, making a huge hand out of bones and punches Luiz, who flies away hitting the same wall where Nana was resting with Leo and Sora.

Sora: S..so.. we were lied to.

Luiz stands up, holding his head in pain, thankfully he summoned his monsters to soften the impact as Nana explains to Sora and Leo about how Shilu was a double agent who set them up to kill "Apple".

Sora: You gotta be kidding me...

Leo: That skeleton ability...

Luiz: He has the powers of a green dragon, in short, necromancy.

Leo: But he was completely offensive, like you.

Luiz: Yes, he copied my move...

Sora: How are we going to do this?...

Luiz: That won't be easy... Half-bloods are naturally stronger than Dragons and Humans combined...

Nana: Don't you think I know that.

Leo: Maybe if we all combine our efforts and... That's right! Combine!

Luiz: What do you mean?

Leo: Let's do it like Alouetta and David did back at the Island!

Luiz: What in the--

Sora: You mean... Fusion?

Nana: No No No No No. And no!!

Luiz: Is that even possible...?

Leo: We can try. We have to try.

Nana: Absolutely not!!!

Luiz: What's your problem with it?

Nana: I'm a dragon and dragons are perfect! We don't need to fuse when we are already enough.

Leo: All right, so let the team's humans fuse, then!

Nana looked away, still annoyed by that idea.
