Episode 39 - You've Really Got a Hold on Me

Paris, Allen, Silver, Jade and Delph safely arrive in Berlin's Central Station, the main railway station in the capital of Germany. They come out from a train and find Luiz, Leo and Nana waiting for them in a somewhat hidden bench.

The trio were all with their hoods covering their heads and facepalming. Paris tried to say hello with his easy going attitude, but noticed that his friends were all hiding their faces.

Hiding the shame, the pain, the sadness.

Hiding the grief.

Paris: Hey, my dudes, it's just me! Your friendly neighborhood Paris!

Yet they don't even have the courage to look on their faces, worrying everyone there.

Jade: Where's Sora?

Hearing Jade's question only made them lower their heads even more, so she started connecting the dots and tears started to flow on her face.

Jade: What happened? Please... Th..This is just a cruel joke? Right? Right? She's not... She can't....

Luiz: Well...

Going back two days earlier, back at the french university's library.

Luiz: Sora is taking a bit too long...

Nana: You know, why don't you call that Apple guy to put his "legendary" skills to work. It would certainly be faster.

Luiz: Right.

Luiz picks his phone and calls Apple, who was in a Paris' restaurant, wearing a disguise with some sunglasses.

Apple: Boss, nice to hear from you.

Luiz: Not finding trouble, I hope.

Apple: You wound me. You wouldn't believe how easy it is to infiltrate as a Parisian civilian. You should try their escargot. But you wouldn't call me for a social meeting, what do you need.

Luiz: Meet me at this map coordinates I'm sending you.

Apple: See you there.

Luiz turns off his cellphone and Leo's starts to ring, which he answers quickly to not attract attention.

Nana: Leo! What the fuck?!

Leo: Sorry, sorry...

He clicks on the answer call button.

Leo: Sora?

Luiz: You know, you called Apple by name.

Nana: Does it matter?

Leo: Not really, we aren't having too much luck. You?

Nana: Do you know what you want to do once we finish the whole Europe thing?

Luiz: Get the whole team and do something.

Leo: Um, yeah?

Nana: Maybe we should do a Pizza night.

Luiz: Sora would love that idea.

Leo: What do you--

Luiz and Nana were smiling at each other, talking about their plans, unknowingly that Sora was on the roof, looking at them.

Luiz: You seem more comfortable with the team. Did they grow on you?

Nana: You could say that.

Leo: All right, Sora, you're worrying me, what's happening?

Nana: We're probably all on this road until the very end anyway.

Luiz: Yeah...

Leo: Hold on, did I do something?
