Episode 30 - Carousel

January 5th, Luminary's flying ship was finally fully fixed and refueled, they spent Christmas and the New Year passage on that Island, managing to finally rest for good after the whole thing with Zero.

Leo: Are you sure you don't want to join us?

Marisia: I'll pass, I still need to form my own exclusive assassin team. But it was a good ride.

Leo: Yeah, thank you, Marisia.

Marisia and Leo shake hands.

Leo: Can't we at the very least give you a lift?

Marisia: Nah, Commander Jacob will personally come to pick up, from there I'm gonna help with the battle to retake Europe, you guys focus on North America and kick Dennis' ass.

Everyone was already inside and Nana came to the ship's door, shouting at them.

Nana: God dammit, Leo, you're coming or not?!

Leo: I'm coming! Thank you for everything Marisia.

Marisia: Oh stop with the farewells, we're totally seeing each other again.

Leo: Right.

Leo ran inside the Ship and Delph started the take off, everyone went to the windows and waved goodbye to Marisia and she did the same from the ground.

Jade: I'm going to miss her

Sora: so let me get this straight one more time. What happened?

Paris: You and Delph were taken as hostages to force us to fight Nana's sister and an Island native, who fused, by the way. After kicking their ass, we went separate ways, Alouetta is joining our side after learning a lesson of humility.

Sora: Alright...

Nana: Please, try not to kill my sister when we eventually run into her again, she's a good person now, or well, a good dragon. I promise.

Sora sighs. She tried her best to avoid talking about it to not ruin everyone's well deserved break, but this was getting into her head.

Sora: I promise.

Paris: So, what will we do when we get back?

Leo: I don't know, probably more missions to attack Dennis. Luiz has to introduce his new girlfriend to his dad and sister too.

Luiz: I have to?! Ah shit...

Allen: I'm getting a cheeseburger.

Paris: The idea isn't that bad.

Jade: I'm getting posca pens. It'll probably be easier than carrying around 200 oil paint tubes.

Leo: Anyway, regardless, there isn't much waiting for us.

Cut to the team arriving on the HQ in Rio and being received by around 100 people and agents from all Asian countries shouting:

"Welcome Back, Luminary!"

Followed by a thunderous wave of applause.

Delph: (whispering) What the f is happening?

Allen: (whispering) I have no idea... It seems to be a reception committee.

Silver: (whispering) I think these are the people we saved.

Leo: T-Thank y-you.

Luiz: What my friend here is trying to say, is that it was our pleasure to fight with the IBI's liberation army. Service is it's own reward.

Leo: Y-Yeah! T-That! Thank you for the reception!

They entered the HQ after saying goodbye to all those people, they gave some autographs and took some pictures too. The path to their team room was filled with gazes from every agent and their mothers. Some were happy to see Luminary, others were angry or even envious.
