Hades

"So, what is the plan?" Poseidon asks as we make our way down to the underworld.

I shrug, "Improv,"

Zeus chuckles, "What is this? Drama class?"

I roll my eyes, "No dimwit when it comes to those two, you don't need a plan,"

"Hades is right, the only thing you need to do with those two guards yourself against their power, especially Hypnos, once he touches you, you're a goner,"

"How do you know this?" Zeus asks Poseidon.

Poseidon sighs, "I've helped Hades with them before,"

"And you didn't invite me,"

He's begging to be unleashed but now is not the time for that.

"You were busy,"

Zeus scoffs, "You just don't like me around."

Poseidon and I remain quiet and once the doors open to the underworld; I can already tell that these boys have been up to no good. I hear screams in the far distance, and I know that he's disrupted the temple of Hecate.

"Do you have the potions?"

Poseidon passes each of us a tablet and we take it and quietly walk into the palace, the entire place is quiet, Zeus uses his speed to search around the palace, but he finds nothing and no one.

"Where do you think these little rats could be?"

Zeus shrugs.

"I think I might know, but you're not going to like it,"

"Where?"

"Chamber of Souls, in the Torture Fields,"

I groan, "Let's go,"

We all teleport to the Fields and the worst has already happened, the souls are running free, the screams of pain and anguish overpowering my hearing senses.

"Dammit, we need to get inside and summon them back before they reach the portal door," I yell over the screaming souls.

Poseidon and Zeus nod.

"You head inside, and we'll deal with this," Zeus yells.

I nod and teleport into the chamber, I immediately spot the twins near the fountain, and I walk up to them.

"The gods must be crazy for letting you do this," I say as I walk to them.

Keep calm and everything will be fine, there is no need to go all beast mode. This is a simple mission.

The twins turn around and look at me, with confusion laced in their eyes, "Well, well, well, look who decided to grace us with his presence."

I shake my head, these boys must be stupid, do they think that my father would let them take over my realm this easily, I'm surprised he hasn't shown up yet.

"You look rather confused boys, is there a problem?"

Thanos squints his eyes and looks at his brother, "You're supposed to be dead."

Really now?

I hiss, "Well I'm not, so too bad,"

"Hypnos you're an idiot," Thanos says and hits his brother.

"Relax, dear brother, there will be a funeral today," Hypnos smirks and gives me a wink.

"I'll make sure to prepare the finest, and help your mother with her insurance claims," I reply.

Hypnos growls and releases his wings, flying up and then down towards me but I dodge his fist and fly through the floor. Thanos also unleashes his wings and turns his cane into a whip.

I ferrokinesis, the power to summon metals and jewels from the ground, to forge a sword and cover it with a black flame, dark infernal pyrokinesis, one touch from this sword and you'll be liquid gold.

"Boys, are you sure you want to do this? You know how much I don't like to fight," I say, pointing my sword at Hypnos and then turning to Hades.

"But you know what, it's been a while since I've been in a fight worth my time, so give me your best," I add.

Thanos flies up above me and aims at me with his whip, but I use my sword to stop it and it turns to ash, I smirk at him, Hypnos runs to me on my left and I turn my sword at him, and he backs away.

"Aww, you scared boys," I say using my baby voice and I laugh.

Let me out.

Not yet buddy, not yet.

Thanos goes down to the ground and pushes his wings back into his back, and Hypnos does the same.

"Now this is a fair fight,"

Hypnos swings at me and I catch his fist and twist his arm, kicking him in the elbow joint he groans in pain and drops to the floor. Thanos' whip turns back into a cane, and he hits me in the chest and then the nose as I groan in pain, he kicks my sword out of my hand, and I shake off the pain and get back up on my feet and run to pick up my sword.

I check my nose and I have a little bit of blood coming out, my stomach turns, and I hate the sight of blood.

In one swift movement, Thanos uses his whip to tie my legs and pulls it causing me to fall to the ground, the is sucked out of my lungs and use the sword to cut myself loose, and quickly get onto my feet, that's when Hypnos knocks me down again by kicking the back on my knee.

Let me out, now.

No!

Thanos steps on my hand and I groan in pain, I release the sword and he kicks away from me. I grab his leg with my other hand and use my powers to drain his soul but as soon as he starts to cry out in pain, Hypnos rescues him by stepping on my arm.

"Now this is a fair fight," Hypnos smirks, "It's too against one, cousin, did you really think you had a chance?"

He presses his foot harder, and I groan feeling my bones start to crack.

"You see Hades, this kingdom doesn't need a softie like you, one who's willing to play nice, like you, it needs people like us, people who will rule with an iron fist," Hypnos says.

"Fuck you," I groan out, "You will never rule this kingdom, ever."

The twins laugh, "You and what army?"

"What did I tell you, brother? This was going to be fucking easy,"

In the far distance, I hear a set of feet running in our direction.
