{Lucy POV}
Flashback
"Yo, Lucy."
"Yeah?"
3 months flew by in the blink of an eye.
"Well...I was wondering...Um..."
I put my hands on his face, but instead of staying still, he put his hand over mine.
We were on the roof. A gentle breeze flew by. School ended a few minutes ago, and he had asked me to meet him on the roof.
"Is something wrong?"
"No!" I flinched. "Sorry...Um...So, I was wondering..."
I tapped his face. "Wondering WHAT?"
"Do you wanna go on a date with me?" He asked, super fast. I blinked, trying to process what he said.
"...What?"
"I...I like you. Please go on a date with me."
I froze, my eyes wide. Natsu must've noticed my shock, but he kissed my palm.
"I mean it."
I tried saying something but I was really nervous.
On pure instinct, I ran. Eagle ran with me, and Natsu couldn't catch up.
"Lucy, wait!"
I ran home, making sure he didn't follow me.

"..."
"Sting—?"
"WHAT?!" He yelled. "He...he did WHAT?!"
"Shhhh, shhhh!" I said, putting a finger to my lips.
"Wait, wait, wait. I still need some to think." He said.
"YOU need time to think?" I asked. "What about me?"
"Hold on...so THE Natsu Dragneel...he...he asked you out?"
Lucy squeezed her eyes shut. "Shhhh, Sting, you're being too loud..."
He moved, and gasped. "Lucy, Lucy! Turn around!"
"Huh?"
He spun me around. The sun flashed onto my face, and Eagle barked loudly. I heard footsteps approach me.
"What, you told your brother already?"
I flinched when I recognized that voice.
"Natsu?"
"Sup?"
I jumped back, and bumped straight into Sting.
"Oi! Is it true you asked her out?" Sting asked. "You asked my sis out?"
"Ehhhh, you told him already?" Natsu asked, rubbing the back of his neck. "Man, it's embarrassing now..."
I blushed, before pushing Sting in front of me.
"Woah!"
He stumbled around for a bit before coming to a stop. Natsu started to laugh.
"H-How can you just show up like that without a c-call, huh?" I asked.
"Well, probably because I don't have your number?" Natsu said. I heard him take a step, and I pushed Sting.
"Lucy, stop it!" Sting said, laughing.
"Th-Then I'm going the other way!"
I turned around and started to walk. Eagle kept trying to lead me the other way, but I kept walking forward.
Suddenly, I bumped into something.
"Ouch..."
"Where do you think you're going~"
I punched Natsu. "Geez, stop it!"
I had a bright blush on my face, but I wasn't sure whether it was visible or not.
"Cmon, we'll be late for school!"
He grabbed my hand and we started to run.
"Hey, stop it!" I said, and he slowed down to a walk. Sting walked to my right, and we started to talk along the way.
(Time skip)
Natsu stopped.
"Well, we're here."
I smiled. "Th-Thanks."
Before I walked in, he suddenly grabbed my wrist and pulled me closer to him.
"Woah—!"
All the blood suddenly gathered up in my face, and I gasped.
"Have a good day~" He said, leaving while waving.
The sensation of his lips on my forehead didn't leave me for the entire day.
