Author note
Just a little mistake I did that I need to correct for all of you. The book in chapter 3 that Armin stole was written in 1936. And that the memory mentioned in chapter 9 is set in 1946. I just did the math wrong, sorry I just felt like I had to address that for you.

The breeze was cold and fluid, as the long mane of Krios breezed past his shoulders. When Krios revealed his name to the trio, they all stared in confusion. But Armin took a good look at Krios and then all of a sudden it clicked! This was the Titan from the book Armin stole from the archives six years ago. But how was he here, and what did they have to with all this?
"You-you're one of the T-Titans from the book that—" "that your ancestor wrote?" Krios answered cutting Armin off, as Armin's words stuttered. "M-m-my ancestor? Wait, are you telling me that I'm related to—" "yes... you are." Eren and Mikasa were both left in suspense as Armin looked at the two in shock, seeing that his hands were shaking.
"Listen we haven't much time, you need to come with me." "Whoa, whoa, whoa! Who said we have to go anywhere with you?!" Eren inquired loudly at Krios as he stood up momentarily to try and pinpoint the sounds of the sirens. "HEY ARE YOU EVEN LISTENING TO ME?!?!" Eren shouted.
Krios then turned his head to look at him and knelt again, as he turned his finger into a sharp spear and pointed it to Eren's neck, making him gag, stepping back a few feet. "Hey, hey don't hurt him please!" Mikasa begged Krios as he briefly looked at her, and turned back to Eren with the spear still close to his neck.
"For the record Eren... I was listening to you. That who you saw back there was not Annie, that was the Female Titan, otherwise known as... Aura." Krios explained, retracting the spear from Eren's neck.
"W-wait a minute, so when you mean that wasn't Annie... she wasn't, in control of her?" Eren asked. "That is correct. Just like her... someone dwells within me too. But unlike Annie, he can take control of my body... but it takes a lot of strength and will power to do so." Krios explained as Eren looked down intrigued by this.
"Now come, we have to go." Krios said opening up his palm as the trio all looked at each other and got reluctantly got on, as Krios lifted them onto his shoulder. "You can hold onto my hair to keep your balance if you want?" He suggested as they did what he said, Mikasa and Eren holding onto the same strand as Armin held onto his own.
"W-wait, will we ever see our family's again?" Mikasa asked with a tone of worriedness as Krios paused and said, "... I'm sorry Mikasa... you can't. Not until we save the world from its appending doom." "And if we refuse to help you?" Eren asked.
"Then your world will be trampled over, by my kind, by... the Beast Titan. Or as he's been referred to over the last few centuries... Hades." This left the trio silent as Krios took them away and hid away from the humans, running into the tall forest that observed the orphanage.
Twenty minutes later...
Annie shot up quickly as she winced griping her head. She then noticed Reiner standing next to her. Reiner had pale blonde short hair, with a little growth of facial hair growing, as he wore a light cream suit with the red armband that Annie also wore.
"How's your head?" Reiner asked as Annie looked down at her knees. "Tch hurts like a bitch." Annie grunted as she saw the aftermath of the skirmish Aura had with Krios. "The boss monkey ain't gonna be happy about this." "... Reiner, how do you do it?" Annie abruptly asked, as Reiner looked over towards her.
"Do what?" "To be able to hurt people, so bad. We never did anything to them, and yet we crucify them. Doesn't that make you question your actions?" Annie inquired curiously, as Reiner looked at the big footprints that were left behind by Krios. "We do it because we have no choice, with the Titans help, we can rebuild our corrupt world, and set things straight, how they're meant to be." Reiner said as Annie didn't agree with this.
