The next few days were calmer. Abel was coming home soon which was amazing. Jax and I had established that we were something. I wasn't his old lady yet though. Which in all honesty, didn't bother me. We hadn't known each other very long. Things were finally becoming routine and I was able to relax. I was sitting at the picnic tables with Chibs, Tig, and Bobby watching Half-Sack train. Cherry was sitting off to the side. Half-Sack was beating the crap out of Lowell. "Keep your hands up Lowell!" Chibs called.
Clay got back and Tig asked him about Gemma. They had gotten in an argument about Cherry being in Charming, probably because Clay fucked her while they were in Nevada. Cherry made it clear she wasn't in Charming for Clay but Gemma was pissed. I can't say I blame her, that rule is stupid.
Half-Sack hit Lowell so hard that he fell against the ropes and Clay shut it down. "Jesus Christ Lowell, get outta there! Whose idea was this?"
"Tig!" Bobby immediately blamed Tig.
"Bobby!" Tig claimed.
"It's okay Clay, I'm just helping him train!" Lowell said.
"You've lost enough brain cells. Get back to work." Clay said and Lowell nodded. Half-Sack talked to Cherry for a moment before going to the punching bag.
"How's sugar ray one nut looking?" Jax asked as he walked over, causing me to giggle. Of course that made Clay look at me.
"Wicked fast and got a great right hook." Chibs replied back to Jax. Clay turned away from me and looked up at Tig.
"How much money get's thrown around at these things?" He took a swig of beer and smiled.
"Before you guys get into it, anyone want a beer?" Tig and Jax nodded at me and I went inside to grab them a beer so I could stay out of the clubs business. I gave it a few minutes and went back out, handing them their beer.
"Thanks doll." Tig said giving me a smirk and a wink which I ignored of course.
"Thanks, babe." Jax said and I smiled at him.
"No problem boys." I said as I went over to another picnic table to watch.
"You and Hadley?" Clay questioned Jax. I wasn't sure if that was a good thing or a bad thing.
"Yeah, Tara was a fling. She's in the past. Hadley is the future." I smiled to myself and Clay called me over.
"What's up?" I asked, smiling.
"Welcome to the family, sweetheart." He said and I smiled wider. "Thanks."
"Gotta go out on club business. I'll see you later?" Jax asked with a hand on my waist.
"I'll be here." I smiled and gave him a peck on the lips before he headed out.

It was a very slow night but once the night was over, I ended up in Jax's dorm with him. We laid there staring up at the ceiling. His arm was wrapped around me and my head rested on his chest. "Jax, I hope you know that I'd never force you to tell me anything about the club. I am not exactly sure exactly how it works but if you do want to tell me that's fine too. I don't ever want to come in-between you and the club."
He rolled over and on top of me, kissing me. I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him back. This relationship is all I wanted. I wanted so badly for it to work. Things got heated quickly and he kissed down my neck. I felt his hand rubbing my covered breast and I let out a breathy moan. His other hand touched the exposed skin at my waist and slid up underneath the shirt he gave me to wear. I felt the wetness begin to pool between my legs. As his fingers dragged the shirt up my torso and over my head, goosebumps popped up anywhere he touched.
