Ivy gets dropped into what appears to be a ocean. She tries her best to hold her breath while she tries to find land. Just as she's running out of breath, she does. There's a woods of sorts in front of her, filled with butterflies. She starts walking through the woods... But the butterflies appear to have spikes attached to them. They stab her and stab her and she runs faster. Eventually, she escapes them, a bloody mess. She falls to the floor... Then looks up and see a Monokuma style caterpillar. It puffed a cloud of smoke... Poisonous smoke... In her face. She died coughing up her own blood.
