It was the next day. Mathew said he found three new areas, an "outdoors" kind of place, a game room and a weapon room. We decided to split up into pairs. I was with Joseph. It was obvious that he still was in slight shock from the previous trial.

As we wandered the halls, I asked him "Hey, are you gonna be ok?" He slowly shrugged his shoulders "I... Don't know. I'm feeling a mixture of anger and pity... But in the end I'm just scared about the game continuing... And I'm ashamed of myself.." He looked away and I asked "Why are you the one ashamed? If anyone it should be Anna who's ashamed!" He sighed "Well... I'm not living up to my title. I'm the Ultimate Therapist yet I'm the one getting all emotional.." I stopped walking and looked at Joseph directly "Hey, you don't need to be so hard on yourself! You're allowed to cry, don't you tell people that all the time? And we may not be professionals, but we're all here for you!" I told him

There was a silence, until it was interrupted by a yell

 "Leave me the hell alone!"

It was coming from the game room. We headed there right away and saw Katherine and Thomas.

"Katherine please just let me explain-"

"No No no! You're the reason she's dead! That bitch killed Katy for you!"

"How dare you call Emma by such foul names..."

It was obvious at this point Emma killed Katy. And it was obvious that Katherine wasn't happy about it. Joseph seemed to have regained a bit of confidence because he immediately approached the two "Quit it both of you!"

Katherine never kept her eyes off of Thomas. She was annoyed "What do you expect?! My own sister was killed and I'm expected to be nice to the reason she's dead?!" She yelled. Thomas took a few steps back "I didn't do anything! Emma was the one who killed..." He didn't seem to like the words coming from his mouth.

I decided to step in "None of the others are arguing. Not like this anyway. From the look on Katherine's face Thomas is lucky you two aren't in the weapon room!" I told them.

The two went silent. Then, they left the room. Joseph sighed "This isn't fair for anyone... I've noticed people with victims as loved ones are the most annoyed..." He muttered. I observed the game room. It seemed like a room for the people who worked here to relax. There was a pool table and a karaoke along with bean bag chairs and a vending machine. It was open, so I just grabbed a packet of crisps and we left the room.

The next room was the weapon room.

Milo and Mathew were already in the room. Milo was holding a gun and looking at it with bright eyes. Mathew seemed like a concerned caregiver "M-Milo! Put down the gun!" He muttered. Milo simply laughed "Luck boy, this is like paradise for me. So just sit down and let me touch every deadly weapon in this room."

We're doomed. We're literally doomed.

Milo went to look at more weapons and Mathew noticed we were in the room "Nico! Joseph!" He smiled and approached us.

I took a small glance around the room "This seems like an odd thing to have in a place like this..." I muttered. Mathew nodded "Well... Now people won't need to go to Mary for weapons..." He replied. He then paused at the mention of Mary.

 "Hey, my knife!"

Milo had found a knife with the initials "M.H" on it. Joseph looked at him "Your  knife?!" Milo gave a slightly smug smile and replied "Relax. It was a gift from one of my friends in my old orphanage..." His voice then lowered "...never found out if that kid survived the fire..."

Milo put the knife in his pants pocket

"Perhaps your little friend Milo is planning something?"

The voice saying that was the mystery voice from the other night. I didn't like to admit it, but the voice in my head had a point.

Milo went to leave the room and before he did he looked at Mathew "You coming?" He asked. Mathew shook his head "I will... But I need to ask these two something." He muttered. Milo nodded "Ok, I'll be in the game room..."

I looked at Mathew "What did you need to ask?" He hesitated, then sighed "Do you think I should try and talk to Mary? I mean... She showed some sympathy to Brooke, why wouldn't she show sympathy towards her own brother?"

There was a long pause. It was clear nobody knew how to answer. Until Joseph gave a sigh "You're not gonna like this... But I think you need to keep your distance from Mary. It's like she said... She's moved on. She's most likely moved on from you as well."

Another silence. It was horrible. Mathew was clearly taken aback. "Fine..." He muttered the left the room.

Joseph looked down "I hate seeing people like this... Do you think he'll be ok?" I shrugged my shoulders "Who knows... I think he just needs space..." Joseph nodded "It's all we can do. Let's just go search the outdoors area..."

It wasn't really the outdoors. It was a fake garden. But their was a flower bed with real flowers. And Opal was tending to them. She was alone. Joseph approached her "Hey, where's you partner?"

She kept taking care of the flowers and replied "Well I was paired with Miss Blithers, but she left me so I ended up with Mr Cooper and Miss Jones." There was a pause. I sighed "I'll ask. Where are they?" Opal smiled "Over by the bench although I'll warn you, they appear to be fighting."

Fighting? Aren't those two friends?

"I'll go on my own." I told the two. Joseph nodded and I went over towards where the pair was supposed to be.

 "Phillip what's going on?!"

"For the last time Lydia, I don't want to talk to you."

Phillip was sat on the bench and Lydia was trying to talk to him. Lydia tried again "Look if you just explained-"

 "SHUT UP!"

 "I'm done Lydia

"I'm done Lydia. I'm fucking done. I want to be left alone. I don't want to talk to anyone right now, especially not you!"

Phillip was clearly annoyed, but it was hard to tell why

Phillip walked away from Lydia. He looked at me for a second, then continued walking away. Lydia sighed and just sat on the bench "What happened to you Phillip... Ever since Mary gave out the motive..."

"Uh oh! Trouble between friends? That never ends well in these games..."

...

No... Nothing bad will happen...
