I picked up the syringe and observed it. Lydia looked at it and muttered "Ooh! I know what this is for. People use it to knock people out. So... By that logic... Thomas was knocked out then thrown in the pool!"

Hm...

I looked at the bed and then thought about who was here last... And obviously that would be the infected.

I decided to interrogate the other two. I decided it would be wise to ask Milo last since he still seemed rather distressed. Joseph didn't seem the best either. He perked up when I approached him "Hey, Joseph, could I ask you something?" He nodded "Go ahead."

"Did you see Thomas during the night when the murder happened?" I asked. He hesitated, but the muttered "I don't think it was Thomas... But I saw somebody placing the syringe on Milo's bed."

I'm guessing he didn't see who it was...

Before I went to talk to Milo, I decided to ask "How's Milo doing after... Y'know..." Joseph sighed "He's just seems pretty... Spaced out. He may answer to you though, you two seem to have a close bond." I nodded and headed to the pool. Even though Thomas' body wasn't there any more, Milo was still staring into the pool. "Milo?" I muttered as I approached him. He scowled "If you're gonna comfort me, do it when you're not investigating." I looked at him with confusion then he muttered "You're like a different person when you investigate... You're actually smart."

I laughed a little "Well then I'll comfort you after the trial. But for now I actually have a question." I told him. "Did you see anything on the night of Thomas' murder?" He shook his head "No... Those dumbass pills had me sound asleep."

If he knew about the syringe, he probably would've said something...

I nodded then went off on my own. I was curious on wether on not the voice was gonna tell me the killer, but since it hadn't said anything I decided to talk to Mary.

When she saw me approaching she rolled her eyes but didn't say anything. I hesitated, then asked "Does the traitor get to know the killer..?" Mary scoffed "Well after your little outburst at me yesterday, the mastermind doesn't trust you as much. So, you won't be getting told the killer."

I found this unfair, but I could see why. I clearly disagreed with the mastermind's train of thought and was too much of a good person to be trusted with that info. "Dumbass mastermind." I muttered under my breath as I left

 "I heard that."

 "I know."

I made my way to the elevator and waited for the others. Selina was the first to enter and she seemed slightly surprised to see me. "Why are you so early?" She asked. I rolled my eyes "I just... Am."

She clearly wasn't convinced "Do you remember the other day... When I told you I knew about the book?" I nodded. She sighed "I'll confess. I killed a good 45% of those people... But the rest was the mastermind. Ya got it?" I nodded "Right... Cos now I'm gonna trust you."

Selina has confirmed she was a murderer. But it wouldn't be best to bring up in the trial...

The others soon arrived.
