Derek looked out the window and recognized the area from his earlier days in the music business when they used to play for anyone that would have them...it was a rough area and it was no doubt even rougher after all those years...

Meredith: (smiles wide)...This is it!
Derek: Let me get out first ok...just to make sure...
Meredith: Stop worrying so much...we're just getting some wings and then we'll go for that swim...

Jake opened the limo door for them and proceeded to follow behind them into the restauraunt/bar/casino/tattoo parlor...Derek stopped Jake and told him to wait for them in the limo out front while Meredith eagerly walked inside to find a table...

Jake: You sure about this Derek?
Derek: Yeah...we're good...we shouldn't be long...besides...keep the engine running just in case we need a getaway car...(pats him on the back)..
Jake: (chuckled) You bet...

The place was a real hole in the wall...it was packed with all kinds of suspicious looking people...the music was blaring....Derek saw Meredith sitting at a table close to the stage...she waved him over...

Meredith: (smiles)...It's a full house tonight...isn't it?
Derek: (winks)...Must be the wings...
Meredith: (smiles)..Must be...

Meredith: (sways to the music in her seat)...I love that song...
Derek: (smiles at her and shakes his head)...
Meredith: What?
Derek: (smiles)...I can't believe all this energy you have....
Meredith: I know...its insane...
Derek: Just please dont dance on the table...ok..(winks)...
Meredith: (grins)...And why not?
Derek: (grins)...Because then I would be forced to do you right here in front of all these people...
Meredith: (grins)...I dont think they would mind...

The waitress came over to take their order...

Waitress: Let me guess? You're here for the wings right?
Meredith: Right...
Derek: She dragged me out of bed for them...they better be good...(winks at Meredith)
Waitress: Oh they are cutie...how many do you need?
Derek: Oh...uh...its her call...
Meredith: I'll have a dozen...hot and spicy...and a sprite..
Derek: (smiles)...Im just a spectator...I'll have the biggest strawberry daiquiri you have...
Waitress: Well honey you can spectate me all you want...(winks at Derek)...I'll be right back lover...
Meredith: Wait! Did she just...
Derek: (grabs her hand)...Meredith!...

Derek: (squeezes her hand across the table)...Its fine baby...settle down...just ignore her...your wings should be right up...
Meredith: (sighs)...Fine...but...

Meredith: (narows eyes)...Don't shush me Derek Shepherd...you know I hate that...
Derek: (smirks)...I thought that was just during sex...
Meredith: (pulls her hand way)...Shut up!
Waitress: Here you go...hot and spicy...just like you babe...(smiles at Derek)...

Meredith started to get out of her seat and charge at the waitress as she walked away but Derek held her back and pulled her on to his lap...

Derek: Woah...woah...
Meredith: (growls)...Let me go Derek...I'm gonna kick her ass...
Derek: (chuckles)...No...you're not..
Meredith: Yes...I am...
Derek: No...
Meredith: Yes...
Derek: No...now eat your wings...(holds a wing up to her mouth)...I'll take care of her...
Meredith: (sighs)...You better...or I will...

The lights suddenly went dim and a spotlight flashed on the stage...a huge biker dude climbed on the stage and took the microphone...

Meredith: What's going on?
Derek: I don't know...but I hope they don't make me sing...
Biker: It's Friday night and you all know what that means...(the crowd roars)...its "Biker Babes in Bikinis Contest"
Derek: (smiles wide)...No shit!
Meredith: (glares back at him)...Still ready to go?
Derek: Oh no...have some more wings baby...eat up..
Meredith: Ass!
Derek: (laughs)...Hey...you're the one that dragged me out here...I might as well get something out of it...
