Don't look at me with those melancholy eyes,
I know that you've seen me at my lows.
I know that you've seen me when I'm drained,
I know that you've wanted to take my pain,
I know that you want to be there for me,
But just...don't,
I will feel in debt to you,
I will feel like I owe you,
I will want to return the favor,
I will try my best to give the same effort as you,
I will...fail.
Please, just don't.
I don't deserve such kindness.
I can get by on my own.
I've learned to fight for myself.
I've always been alone...
