showering in the dark
Hypersensitivity.
Holds me by my throat.
Everything is too much.
Suffocate by Hayd plays,
As I'm sat in the dark,
While water hits my back.
I then start to cough like a maniac,
As if I was about to puke.
Everything seems to be falling apart.
Everything is becoming too much again.
It feels like I'm taking baby steps again.
Is this what it's like to start all over again?
