Narrator's POV:

The quidditch world cup falling on the Friday before the new school year was the biggest sporting event in the wizarding world. The arena was big enough to fit in hundreds and thousands of witches and wizards who traveled from all around the globe to watch their country compete. This year the finalists were Bulgaria and Ireland and Arthur Weasley found a way to pay for Ron, Ginny, and the twins to go not forgetting to invite Aurora, Hermione, and Harry.

The group made their way to the manky old boot of a port key meeting up with a young chap called Cedric Diggory and his father both exceedingly lovely people. For the trio, Ginny, and Aurora, it was their first time going somewhere by port key and it was not a pleasant experience Aurora managing to find herself making an un-graceful landing falling flat on her behind. Luckily, Fred was right behind her to offer a hand to get her back on her feet which she accepted gratefully with a smile on her face. Parting ways with Cedric and his father until after the match Arthur lead the group to what appeared to be a small tent little did everyone know it had been charmed and it was basically a mansion.

There was a divide among the group on who everyone was supporting the twins, for example, were supporting Ireland while Ron was supporting Bulgaria simply because he had a man-crush on Viktor Krum. Aurora without a question would support Bulgaria not only because she was half from there but her two childhood best friends made it on the team Viktor Krum and Milan Knox. Milan had lived next door to her grandparents' house for as long as she could remember he would come over and keep her company helping her care for magical creatures and Viktor had been a childhood friend of Milan living a few streets away quickly becoming friends with Aurora too.

Aurora's POV:

Booming cheers rattled the stands of the arena followed by fireworks exploding and trumpets as we all made our way to the top of the stands I hadn't seen everyone so excited in so long. I couldn't help the rush of adrenaline and happiness coursing through my veins knowing my two oldest friends were playing for Bulgaria.

"Well, blimey dad how far up are we?" Ron asked enthusiastically.

"Well put it this way if it rains you'll be the first to know." A voice replied from the stands below I followed it to find no other than Lucius Malfoy and Draco who was smirking at his father's response. A tingle of excitement surged through my body like an electric shock as I saw him for the first time in two months Merlin he looked handsome. He was laughing at what his father had said while he gripped the railing and the wind blew through his blond locks making me weak at the knees.

"Father and I are in the ministers' box by personal invitation by Cornelius Fudge himself," Draco smirked walking in the direction of his father.

"Don't boast Draco there is no need with these people... do enjoy yourself won't you while you can," Lucius said the last part using his cane to grip Harry's foot the way he spoke it made a hint of anxiety rush through my mind. Though as I finally locked eyes with Draco it all seemed to fade away into nothingness and I couldn't stop the wide grin forming on my face which he returned.

"Hey I won't be a minute I'll meet you by the seats." I quickly yelled to the group as they began moving on earning a thumbs up from Freddie as he continued walking backwards.

"Father I shan't be a moment just need to have a quick word with Miss Durmstrang," Draco said which earned him a raised eyebrow from his father before he turned around. I ducked under the railing sitting on the floor grabbing Draco's raised arm for support as I jumped down to where he was stood. Tumbling over my feet I would have surely fallen flat on my behind for the second time that day if not for Draco's muscley arms which wrapped themselves around my waist.

"There you go falling for me again darling," He smirked as I began taking a more close-up look at the now 15-year-old boy in front of me. His hair still looked as amazing as ever as it fell down his forehead, he had somehow managed to grow taller over the two months we had been apart and not only that but his upper arms which my hands were still gripping tightly were clearly more defined. "Now Aurora I can see you drooling over me."

"Oh you be quiet," I huffed, a gush of wind blew past us causing my dress to rise earning a squeal as I parted my lips frantically attempting to hold it down.

"You don't look so bad yourself darling has your hair gotten lighter over summer? I like it." He hummed as his gaze traveled up and down my body eliciting a blush on my cheeks, he quickly planted a rushed kiss on my lips which only lasted a few seconds before he parted our bodies.

"We should probably go but be careful darling I will see you at Hogwarts." He states smiling as I walked away to join everyone.

Ireland had sadly won but regardless of the outcome we were all celebrating laughing and joking around, we heard continuous bangs similar to that of fireworks and though we weren't concerned Arthur was. He brushed off a comment made that it was the Irish celebrating and went outside to be met by panicked people running away. At that, he directed everyone to go in pairs or groups of three to the port-key, I had never felt so anxious running as fast as my legs could take me alongside Hermione. Though and behold it seemed Merlin didn't want me to survive today as I got lost in a group of people getting carried in their direction. By the time I managed to escape the crowd I looked around and I saw no one. Not a single sole if that wasn't counting the death eaters who were traveling in black gusts.

My heart was beating so fast I could feel it in my head I span around constantly trying to find someone deciding to run in a random direction. Looking at my feet for a split second I crashed into another body glancing up praying it wasn't a Death Eater and was instead relieved to find out that it was Draco. He grabbed my arms steadying me and the look in his eyes showed me that he was panicking slightly.

"Goodness Aurora what the hell are you still doing here?" He rushed out eyes darting to look around us.

"I- I was with Hermione but we got split up." I stuttered over my words looking around my surroundings quickly my eyes too darting around in pure panic, Draco's soft voice tore me away from my anxious mind.

"Hey hey hey it's okay come on I will take you to the Burrow." He let his hands drop down to mine grabbing a hold of one he lead us towards a road.

"Draco how?" I asked holding a very questionable gaze in his direction.

"Me and father drove but Merlin knows where he's fucked off too so I am taking the car and taking you home, he can fucking apparate to the manner for all I care." He muttered angrily in response as we got to the car I couldn't understand how he planned on driving. As soon as we got in the car he spoke out loud the address of the Burrow and the car lifted into the air flying quickly in the direction of the Burrow.

When we arrived at the Burrow Draco walked me to the door it burst open a relieved Molly standing with open arms, yelling that she thought I was dead but thanking Draco for ensuring I got home safe and asking if he would like to spend the night as it was very late which he politely declined. He told me he had to go and I became worried about how his father would react to him taking the car though he didn't seem bothered. Holding his signature smirk as he kissed me goodbye telling me not to miss him too much over the weekend he took off in the car.

What a crazy night I thought as I made my way into my room which I shared with the twins, as I expected Freddie was sat up in bed eyes filled with panic before he saw me. He ran to me engulfing me with a hug and asking what had happened as we stood in the doorway of his room. I told him in hushed whispers to not wake up George and once I had done telling the story he sighed muttering," You should get some sleep princess," before he too made his way to his bed.
