Aurora's POV:
I stood with Hermione as an eery silence overcame the crowd of people and a strange orb of light flew into the tent stopping in the center, it talked about the Ministry saying that it had fallen and been attacked by Death Eaters and finally ending on the words that the Minister for Magic was dead. My heart raced a million miles a minute as people began apparating and running away Hermione grabbed my hand to take us off running in the direction of Ron and Harry who quickly found us.
The second Ron grabbed her hand and Harry grabbed my free one she apparated us in the middle of a road pulling us to the side before a bus hit us. I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding as we clambered onto the pathway furiously trying to avoid all the muggles.
"Hermione where the hell are we?" Ron asked from next to me.
"Trafalgar Square the shopping district," I replied knowing this is where Hermione had taken us shopping numerous times.
"Come on follow me we need to change," She replied walking us down a secluded ally way where she began pulling clothing out of her bag for us all. I gratefully accepted the clothes flicking my wand that had been in the pocket of my dress to quickly change my outfit, everyone else followed. Hermione decided it would be best for us to go to a cafe and regroup so we followed her into a quiet cafe sitting down on a table met by a waitress who took our orders.
It was only when the trio was deep in the discussion did I zone out looking down at my jumper realizing it was one that Draco had given me I sighed as I zoned back into the conversation noticing they were discussing the wedding guests.
"Merlin what about Fred and George and everyone?" I stumbled out in realization that we had completely forgotten about them eyes widening in shock
"They will all be in hiding don't worry Aurora, "Ron replied squeezing my hand that rested on the table reassuringly. It was then two men walked into the establishment and next to me Harry seemed just as suspicious as I. Taking out my wand seemingly just in time as they began firing spells in our direction blocking numerous ones Hermione fired a spell rendering the pair of them unconscious. The lady who had been making our drinks walked out to the mess and unconscious men's terror written as clear as the text in the pages of books.
"Go! Leave!" I yelled at her as she scrambled to get past running as quickly as she could, turning to Hermione she began Obliviating the men's memories good we aren't murders. She then motioned for me to come to her grabbing a hold of each other again she apparated us the former house of the order.
"That feeling never gets easier," I mumbled hunching over my body gagging slightly the horrific nauseous feeling washing over me as Ron laughed at me," Shut it Ronald I can still beat you in a duel," I mumbled standing up and walking to the door with everyone. Hermione did a revealing spell to see if we were alone which we were and once that had registered we made our way to the living room sleeping on the couches that night.
~~~
The morning had arrived and I had just been rudely interrupted from my sleep when I heard a commotion coming from the kitchen. Quickly, getting up I ran to the kitchen armed with my wand only to find the trio arguing with Kreature and once everyone noticed me they stopped talking.
"Miss Aurora," Kreature bowed for some reason I was the only person he really took kindly too and he always treated me well I groggily wiped my eyes and bowed my head in return.
"What's going on?" I asked.
"Kreature knows where the locket is and who took it we were just asking him to go bring us the man but he isn't listening," Harry spat exasperatingly.
"Kreature please will you bring me the man who took the locket?" He nodded and apparated away to the surprise of everyone in the room.
Waiting for them to return had been quite boring Harry had been holding his snitch given to him by Dumbledore, Hermione had been reading, Ron playing with his deluminator also given to him by Dumbledore and I decided to take the time to finally read the letter he gave me. I had pushed it aside once we had read the will thinking nothing would come of it Dumbledore had never really been that close with me and I couldn't fathom what reason he would have to write me a letter.
Dear Aurora,
I can imagine you are very confused that you have received something from me let alone a letter? I wanted to tell you a few things I feel it important you know.
Firstly, I know you have likely been wondering if I knew about Draco and his task and the answer to that is a simple one. Yes. Draco is not weak for becoming a Death Eater or for trying to fulfill his task he did it for all the right reasons, he did it to protect you and ensure your safety and there is no greater reason to do something than to protect the one you love. So if you are angry at him for things he did to ensure your safety don't be for you will regret that for the rest of your life trust me I know.
Secondly, I have watched your relationships both with Friends and with Draco and never have I seen such a true love at such a young age than in you and Draco, but if you aren't already aware Fred Weasley is madly in love with you too and I'm not entirely sure how you didn't notice being such a bright witch. Regardless discover who you are without the premise of a relationship and explore what it's like to be in love with other people because if you are meant to be with someone you will end up with them.
Finally, the tasks ahead of you are tough, and I do not know how to help you further than I already have just trust yourselves.
Best wishes Dumbledore.
Once I finished reading the letter a commotion came and Dobby and Kreature came in with the man placing the letter on my chair I stood to attention listening to Dobby's rant and greeting him with a handshake after Ron.
It didn't take us long to figure out that Umbridge was the one with the Horcorx and that we would have to infiltrate the ministry. So that's what we did.
