Aurora's POV:

How we had managed to get the Horcorx from Umbridge was beyond me. How we had managed to escape the ministry was beyond me. The fact that Ron had gotten injured in the process wasn't surprising, however. In the weeks that had past far too much had occurred, we had been traveling all over the country, Ron and Harry had gotten into a huge argument and Ron made the wise decision to leave, Hermione had been practically depressed since, we had all decided to go to Godric's Hollow which hadn't ended well either and finally Ron had found us and somehow helped Harry destroy the horcrux with the sword of Gryffindor? The last part was slightly unclear since Hermione and I had been sleeping when Harry woke us up and there Ron was.

Now for the current situation...we were being chased through the woods by snatchers. Yeah, I'm contemplating my life and my fitness because I was currently like the runt of the litter falling behind everyone else and was stupid enough to trip over a stump. Sadly, Harry, Hermione, and Ron didn't make it further as I got dragged to them a few meters away though we all gave fake names and Harry didn't look like himself, the main snatcher told us he was taking us elsewhere. Where the hell was elsewhere?

Narrator's POV:

The four of them had been apparated into the living room of the Malfoy Manor which Aurora was quick to notice as she was shoved forward standing between Harry and Ron with Hermione on Ron's other side. Aurora didn't need to look up from the ground to know that Draco was in the room she had felt his intense gaze on her body from the second they had arrived in the room.

The instant that Draco recognized Aurora on the other end of the room he instinctively took a step forward from his spot next to his parents. He raked his eyes up and down her frame taking in her appearance she looked like hell. Beautiful still but like hell. Her brown locks were tied up in a ponytail revealing her pale face that was littered with smears of mud and as his eyes traveled down her body he noticed that she wore a gray jumper one that he had given her paired with some black leggings and trainers. Every item of clothing on her body was also covered in mud and he wondered to himself how long she had been on the run? He didn't miss the rings still clearly on her fingers and had to bite back the sigh of relief he had knowing she still wore them.

"Oh, Draco look it's your little girlfriend, "Bellatrix's voice squeaked through the room running up to Aurora and taking her face in her cold hand squeezing it, though Aurora didn't move a muscle trying to appear unfazed Draco couldn't help but flinch. Hoping no one saw he knew he'd have to pretend he didn't care for her in order to protect her.

"She's not my girlfriend anymore thankfully...now why don't we move onto more pressing matters Bellatrix?" Now those words did make Aurora flinch wincing as she pulled her face from Bellatrix's grip.

"That's my boy now you tell me if this is Harry Potter," She spat motioning in the direction of Harry, Draco's confidence came from the thought of protecting Aurora, and to do that he had to protect Harry too which he wasn't pleased about.

"Hmm," He mumbled stalking closer to Harry, "I can't be sure but from what I remember even with a face as messed up as that I doubt that's Harry Potter," Draco stated simply. Bella turned to face him mouth wide ready to talk but instead screamed.

"THAT'S MY SWORD!" She bellowed closing the distance between her and a snatcher, "Where did you get my sword?" She squealed.

"I found it in her bag I figured it's mine now," The snatcher replied, Bellatrix lunged forward ripping the sword from his grasp and launching him across the room with a spell. It was then when Aurora realized she had been holding Hermione's bag so she could have a break from the weight of it. Once she realized she tried her best to show little emotion as Bellatrix faced her.

"Take those three to the cellar...leave her I think we better chat." She smirked stalking over to Aurora gripping her wrist tightly she dragged her to the center of the room tossing her to the floor like a doll. She waited to hear the doors to the cellar close and then turned her attention to the young girl.

Draco and his parents were the only other people in the room and when Draco watched Bellatrix clamber onto Aurora he took a step forward only to be pulled back by his father. Lucius shook his head warningly and Draco looked to his mother pleadingly surely they wouldn't let this happen?

"My sword is locked in a vault at Gringotts how did you get my sword?!" Bellatrix screamed spit flying from her disgusting mouth.

"I don't know anything please just leave me alone," Aurora wailed tears brimming in her eyes.

"You don't want to talk I'll get you to talk!" She bellowed moving to grab her dagger she pinned down Aurora's arms with a spell and began carving into her arm.

Draco immediately moved to run forward to pull Bellatrix off the woman he loved but his father immediately grabbed him in a deadly grip using a wandless spell to stop him from yelling. Draco watched helplessly as Aurora's screams pierced the depths of the manor her head turned to face him and he watched her face contort in pain as she thrashed under Bellatrix. Aurora watched Draco being pulled away clearly fighting the grips of his father thrashing in his grip and she couldn't help but feel some relief that he still cared for her.

In an instant, Harry, Ron, and Hermione apparated into the room helped by Dobby. The motion allowed Bellatrix to stand on her feet to attempt to disarm them. As the Death Eaters and the trio were fighting Draco ran to Aurora helping her onto her feet he looked down at her arm the words 'blood traitor' carved into her beautiful skin.

"Trust me," He whispered in her ear as one hand wrapped around her waist to support her and the other pointed his want at her, "Knock it off!" He bellowed grabbing the attention of everyone in the room. Everyone's attention was drawn to the ceiling where Dobby released the chanadler in the commotion Draco rushed Aurora to Harry once he was sure he had a secure grip on her he gave Harry his wand.

"Take it so they think you disarmed me and look after her," He yelled and Harry nodded in response pulling Aurora away. Suddenly, the four were backed against a wall with Dobby who apparated the group not before Bellatrix launched her dagger at them. Draco only hoped it didn't his anyone. He also prayed Aurora wouldn't find herself in that situation again.
