Cassie Rogers was taken ten years after she was born, she was taken by Hydra. Seeing as she had half of the Super Soldier Serum in her blood they used her to try and replicate the Serum, putting her in one of the Cryo-generators, pulling her out to be trained by none other than Bucky Barnes or as they called him, The Winter Soldier.
One day, before they found Steve Rogers in the ice, two SHIELD agents invaded a HYDRA base and found the girl, bringing her back to their base to inspect and help.
