"What are you two doing here?" (Y/n) asked after he opened the front door where Leone and Bruno were standing on the other side of, a small smile on his face as he tried to keep the look of irritation off his face. He didn't want Bruno to see it, that would just give him another thing about him to worry over, and Abbacchio would probably ask questions that he wouldn't be able to answer.

Bucciarati noticed how tense he was and stepped forward, his eyes narrowed as he tried to figure out what was troubling the teen. It couldn't have been the essay because was going to help him with it and he didn't look this way when he was lamenting about Catherine. "What happened?" Bruno asked making (Y/n) recoil in surprise, his smile turning into a confused one as he glanced at Abbacchio, who was silently watching them.

"Nothing, why?" (Y/n) wondered if Bruno had a sixth sense for these types of things, because it seemed like he could tell when something was wrong no matter how hard he tried to hide things. "You guys can come in if you want?" He opened the door wider and let the two walk inside into the considerably warmer house before closing it behind them, heading further into his home and waiting for them to take off their shoes at the front door. While Bruno followed (Y/n) to talk to him when he was done, Leone slowed down his stride and looked at the few pictures that were strung across the walls.

He didn't know why but he was almost expecting a painted portrait of the family like in those stupid black and white horror films that his parents would watch. He was expecting a more lively house with more photographs but he guessed you couldn't take photos when you're constantly out on trips and leaving your kid alone at home. As much as Abbacchio hated his parents for not taking him places when they went, he knew it was for a good reason, they were trying to get him to stop his bad habits that would destroy his life. (Y/n)'s just didn't care enough to bring him and that led to him being a hopeless idiot who runs after girls that aren't trying to sleep with him for once.

He could hear the two quietly conversing in the other room and disregarded the picture of a young (Y/n) that was graduating from elementary school, his legs carrying him into the living room where Bruno was sitting next to the male on the couch. "You can tell us what's bothering you, we won't say anything if you don't want us to." Bruno reassured (Y/n) while he leaned his head against the back of the couch, staring up at the ceiling as he debated telling him about his feelings.

He would tell Bruno if he knew what the hell was happening to him, since he left school his thoughts have been filled with nothing but Diavolo and how he was so assertive yet he didn't look like he wanted that attention despite seeming as though he did. He had already left his mark at school with the students and made his own group of friends faster than (Y/n) realized.

"(Y/n)," Bruno muttered while leaning forward, a concerned look on his face while his hand reached out to tightly hold the teen's wrist and get his attention. "We're just worried for you. We want to know if we can help you." He caught (Y/n)'s eyes moving to look at him and he smiled reassuringly, watching as he sat up to rub his face and breath out loudly.

Whatever it was that Diavolo had done must've been getting to him with the way he was acting. (Y/n) rested his hand over the one Bruno had on his arm then returned the smile with one of his own, sending one to Abbacchio as well when he seen him sit down on the chair beside the couch, "Thanks. I just don't know what's happening either, to be honest." He replied then chuckled to himself, his gaze moving to stare at the carpet. "I can't tell if Diavolo wants to kill me or get with me."
