All I hear are the sounds of feet slamming onto the cheer mats and girl yelling "Ready set". That's all it took for me to chicken out. That's why I'm hear in the hospital Acoma . But let me tell how it all happened, let me tell you why I was in the hospital hanging on to my life.
5 minutes before the cheer tryouts....
I jogged into the school, following the sounds of cheerleaders cheering and also the signs that say cheer tryouts this way. There had to be about 60 girls there and there were only 20 spots. So 40 of us wasn't going to leave here with a spot on the team. I sat down and tried to clam my self down. But it wasn't working I was so nervous! I never felt like this. Cheer had always been my life besides track. It was just something different about cheer now. I see the group of girls I saw in the parking lot earlier today. And just my luck they start walking over towards me.
"Aww is the little freshman, sraced of cheer tryouts" she laugh and didn't stop.
"Its not like you were going to make the team anyway" she said and I hope she was finshed but she didnt. I ran out the gym and ran to my car. I almost fell on my face trying to grab my car keys out my cheer bag. Tears run down my face and I really need to clam down. I'm not really the one to let people get under my toes but she was right I havent cheered since before I had June. I had to call Roc.

It was already bad I enough I could she a thing cause on the tears and plus I was pissed but trying to find my phone and drive.... Should have done it. Roc doesn't answer the first time and I call him again and again.

He calls me back and lean over and look for my phone and the passenger side. I take my eyes off the road because no cars were on this street and I answer the phone.

I open my eyes and I barley saw anything... I was on the ground and my car was beeping. And the last thing I hear is "baby are you ok! What happen" . At that moment before everything went dark, I realize I had been in a car accident. And it wasn't my fault it was a drunk driver.
