Guilt...

A few days passed before the issue about me was finally over. I don't know how that happened, I was just surprised that I was no longer the talk of the town.

I am happy that somehow my life has been quiet for a while. It's hard to be strong in front of other people as if everything is okay even if it is not. It hurts to hear the insults from people even though they don't know what really happened. All they want is to do ridiculous things that should not be done. Instead of giving comfort to the victim, they like still making fun of you.

Well, that's social media influenced other people.

I'm currently now with my cousins, napagpasyahan nilang mag-bonding ngayon habang hindi pa busy sa school. Ayaw ko sana dahil busy ako sa paggawa ng requirements for the upcoming prelim but I don't have a choice but to go with them.

Ilang beses kong binura ang ginawa kong architectural drawing because I feel like hindi ko makuha ang mismong sukat nito.

"Pwede bang bukas mo nalang gawin 'yan, Hira? We're here to enjoy not to do the requirements." Napatigil ako nang magsalita si Molly.

"No... I need to finish it now. Sa Wednesday na ang pasahan nito."

I saw how their faces frowned. "Shutang-ina? Seryoso ka ba d'yan gurl? May bukas pa naman gurl kaya enjoy mo na natin ang day-off natin ngayon! Jusko day... ngayon na ngalang nagkaroon ng oras tapos gan'to pa." Ngumiwi ako sa sinabi ni Zenna.

Nagulat nalang ako nang biglang kinuha ni Monique ang aking sketch paper at tiningnan ang gawa ko. " Oh my God! It looks so pretty! Bakit mo pa binubura?" Monique said with so much disbelief on her face while looking at me.

"No... parang may mali kasi na hindi ko alam kung ano." Sabi ko sabay kuha ng sketch paper sa kanya..

"You're so oa na naman, Hira. Ang ganda-ganda na nga gawa mo pero hindi ka parin kuntento." Lily said.

"Well, you can say that because you're not studying architecture," I said and took the canned beer and drank it straightly.

"I'm studying Interior design so I can say that I like you're work and there's nothing wrong with that." Ngumuso ako sa sinabi ni Molly.

We're studying in the same school at the University of Santo Thomas. Hindi kami madalas nagkikita doon dahil magkaiba ang building namin and aside doon ay parehas din kaming busy palagi.

"Oh my God, don't tell me you're thinking of him that's why you couldn't achieve the design you want because your mind flies at him?" Nanlaki ang mata ko sa sinabi ni Monique.

Namutla ako nang makita ko ang pagkunot ng noo ng mga pinsan ko.

"Who's him? May hindi ka ba sinasabi sa'min Hira?" I couldn't speak anymore, I feel like I become mute because of anxiousness that I feel right now at tanging pag-iling na lamang ang nagawa ko.
