Chapter 29

Y/n opened her eyes and yawned, she slept good. Yesterday was pretty exhausting, they returned back home late and Hinata asked them questions, but at the end she gave up as she noticed they wouldn't tell her. Who would tell their own mom 'Hey I kissed that guy/girl'. After that Y/n and Boruto went in their room and cuddled together to sleep.

They were talking most of the night tho, but they slept at the end. Boruto's arms were still warped around her as he slept soundly, his small snores were the only noise that echoed in the room. Y/n looked at his sleeping face and smiled at how cute it is. He is cute when he sleeps, but she needed to get up now. And she didn't want to wake him up so she had to be careful.

Pulling his arms away from her, she failed at doing so, instead her warped her in a even tighter embrace and buried his head at the crook of her neck. Y/n tried again, she carefully pulled away his first arm then second and succeeded in escaping. Going up to her feet she put pillow on him as a replacement and he hugged the pillow tightly, then his snores returned again. He seemed very tired yesterday but Y/n wasn't sure why. He was getting a good rest now tho, so that's good.

Y/n didn't need to bother going in the bathroom to dress, she can do it here since Boruto is asleep. She walked over to the closet and picked up her clothes, then she started to undress her pajamas. Looking over at Boruto, he was still sound asleep. She quickly dressed in her clothes and putted the pajamas away. As quietly as she could, she left the room. She didn't want to bother Boruto while he's sleeping. Walking downstairs, she went in kitchen and sat down at the chair then pulled out her phone.

She could see she got a text from Sarada, and she didn't really expect that. Opening the text she started to read.

How was Boruto's gift? ;))

It was nice :D I liked it.

Sarada
That's good. Boruto needed mine and Cho Cho's help, so we helped him and urged him that his gift should be a kiss.

Putting her phone down, she spotted Himawari who walked over to her. "Hi N/n!" Himawari said as she sat beside her. "Hello Himawari." Y/n greeted the little girl who smiled. She's always so bright, but not as Boruto. Boruto is always smiling 24/7, Y/n didn't get how his cheeks didn't hurt.

"I wanted to see you but you were sleeping..." Himawari frowned and Y/n blushed a little. It would be embarrassing if someone caught them cuddling in their sleep, no one needs to know they're a couple now. "How did you end up in that position?" Himawari asked, and Y/n pretended not to know. Y/n shrugged her shoulders. "I don't know, I just woke up and you know that we can't control out actions when we sleep so we will change position." Y/n pointed out, she wasn't wrong. It was the truth, she knew it.

And she was sure Himawari did too, since it's pretty obvious. Himawari nodded her head, she seemed convinced this time. Himawari rushed out of the room and went to her own, upstairs. Y/n looked out of the window, they had to do more missions today. What a pain... Suddenly she heard footsteps and expected to see Himawari but it was instead Boruto. He mumbled a "Hello." His eyes still seemed sleepy since he woke up, and his voice was hoarse as well. He wasn't in his pajamas anymore tho, looks like he got dressed as well.
