Walking beside Boruto, she tried to keep as close to him as she can so people won't notice her. She didn't like how people have her looks, like they really trusted Sophie. Y/n has pretty much been close to her friends she had classes in, Inojin, Sarada, Mitsuki, Boruto... She just didn't want to be noticed but of course she'll get noticed either way.

It was better if she had company tho, it made her feel less lonely. Whoever gave her dirty look, Boruto would glance  at them with disgust so they'll drop their gaze, but some were idiots and still kept their dirty gaze on her. She was glad Boruto was helping her cope with this and being there for her, as long with others... But Sumire... She doesn't trust Y/n anymore.

They started to walk upstairs, the class was over and Y/n sighed with relief once they were out of her sight. The class was over for today, soon there will be more... Great. "Thanks for helping me Boruto." Y/n said, as she walked upstairs. He was a very big help and Y/n appreciated it. Boruto smiled down at her, as he walked beside her. "That's what friends are for, ya know?" Boruto said.

Y/n smiled back, then they came to fourth floor and entered their dorm. "Oh N/n..." Boruto said, dragging her attention. By the look of it, it didn't seem much bad what he was about to ask, he kept his gaze neutral. "I noticed one of my kunais are gone, do you know where it is?" Boruto asked, and Y/n froze in place. She used that kunai to self harm but how did he notice it was gone? Does he count his kunais or is it obvious because it was on top?

"No, why?" Y/n asked, it was better to lie. If she tells him the truth, that would ruin everything. Boruto sighed and looked out of the window, watching the sky. "It just happened to disappear not long ago..." Boruto said, thoughtfully. His eyes were locked to the window and Y/n could tell he was stuck in his thoughts. Could he figure it out? Y/n doubted it.

Suddenly she heard a knock at her door which surprised her, and Boruto snapped away from his thoughts and turned around to face the door. Y/n walked over to it and opened it, surprised to see Inojin, Shikadai, Mitsuki and Sarada... What are they all doing here?

"What are you guys doing...?" Boruto asked curiously. Y/n would like to know that too, it's weird to see them like this all grouped up. Sumire wasn't here, not much of a surprise but Cho Cho wasn't here as well. "Principal called the meeting, it will be in lunch room because that's the widest place we have that can fit everyone." Mitsuki explained, Y/n and Boruto exchanged glances. Principal calling all of them for a meeting can't be good, something is off for sure.

"You go without us, we'll join you in a bit." Y/n said, and they all nodded then turned around to walk downstairs. Y/n watched them go away, their footsteps echoing until the sounds were gone. "What do you think it is?" Y/n asked, not looking over her shoulder to see is Boruto there or not. "I'm not sure... But it sounds urgent, let's go." Boruto said and Y/n nodded, he was right. Principal wouldn't call a meeting out of nowhere like that, something is indeed odd. Walking out, she started going downstairs with Boruto beside her...

...

When they entered, there were a lot of people everywhere. The place was crowded, just like when Sophie gathered everyone but now even teachers were here. When everyone saw Boruto and Y/n enter they all began to whisper. Y/n looked down with guilt, but then she felt Boruto press closer to her, reassuring her he will be here for her. She looked up at him but he kept his gaze on the principal.

They walked closer to the crowd, then principal cleared his throat and everyone turned to look at him, whispers dying slowly. "I have called you all here to tell you something important." The principal began, looking at everyone. "Schools will be closed from now on." Principal said and everyone gasped with shock then broke into whispers, Y/n was shocked herself too and so was Boruto...
