08- Fallen crow

~Your POV~

I was on my way to the gym. Football practice had just ended. I heard chattering coming from inside and it sounded like my friend. I hadn't seen him since his suspension. "OH MY GOD, IT'S KIYOKO! COME INTO MY ARMS SWEET MOMMA!"

I heard a slap echo through the gym as I approached. "Damn Kiyoko!" I giggled "Really had to do Noya like that?" His eyes fixated on me along with everyone else's in the gym. I lifted my shirt to wipe the sweat off my forehead, definitely not trying to show off my abs.

"IT'S Y/N! MY QUEEN!" He flew in my direction, barreling me into a hug. "IT'S NISHINOYA! MY GUARDIAN!" The two of us laughed as we got up off the floor. Noya was asking if Asahi was back and everyone went quiet. He and Tanaka got into a yelling match about respect.

"IF ASAHI ISN'T COMING BACK THEN NEITHER AM I," He said storming out of the gym. I left, running after him.

~Himari's POV~

We just got done conditioning in the weights room. We didn't practice since the field was a little wet, seeing as it had just rained. "OOO can we go get meat buns from the Sakanoshita market?" I begged Y/N, she laughed and agreed. We were all crossing the street, having just barely left the school grounds. We were talking about our next game when we heard something screech. We turned to see a car, skidding out of control, heading right towards Nori. 

We all watched like it was running in slow-mo. Y/N ran, diving towards Nori, effectively pushing her out of the way. Y/N wasn't as lucky. She rolled across the pavement and didn't move. Nori rushed over to her side along with all the other girls. Kagami pushed everyone out of the way. "Y/N!" She shook her but she still didn't wake up. I dropped to my friend's side, cradling her head in my lap. I pulled away when I felt something wet. Y/N was bleeding from the back of her head, excessively. 

"SOMEONE HELP US!"

"PLEASE!"

"Y/N! WAKE UP" I begged as I held her. 

"SHE'S NOT BREATHING!" Everyone was panicking, we didn't know what to do. Kagami looked up at us with tears in her eyes. "CALL AN AMBULANCE" She yelled. 

~Third Person POV~

The boys were taking a water break in the gym when they heard sirens fly by. "What was that?" Hinata asked as he ran towards the doors. The boys watched as an ambulance sped past the gym. A few minutes went by and the gym doors were thrown open. "SUGAWARA-SENPAI!" Himari was barreling towards the boys. 

"Yua?" The girl was panting and out of breath. The team rushed over to her upon noticing the bloodstains that soaked her clothes. 

"Yua! Are you okay?!"

"What happened?!"

"Are you hurt?!"

She was about to fall to the ground when Suga steadied her. "It's- Y/N!" Everyone froze in fear. All the boys left the gym and followed Himari back to the accident site. Once they were there, everyone could see the girls panicking. Some held onto each other, sobbing, while others just stared. The paramedics were already on sight, quickly assessing the girl in front of them. One of the medics was bagging Y/N.

"What's her name?" One of the medics asked nobody in particular. "L/N F/N" Kagami replied. 

 Nori was standing off to the side, screaming about how she didn't for her mean for Y/N to get hurt. Himari ran back over to her best friend's side. "No! You're okay!" She wailed. "Please be okay!" To the others, it seemed so unreal. 

"I don't have a pulse. Starting compressions!"

All the girls continued wailing as the medics loaded Y/N onto a stretcher. Himari, Kagami, and Nori being the loudest. Suga and Daichi stood frozen. Hinata, Noya, Tanaka, and Asahi all had tears running down their face. Loading Y/N into the back of the ambulance, the paramedics closed the doors and sped off. 

"We got a pulse." 

"F/N? F/N, can you hear me?" 

~Your POV~

I opened my eyes and all I could feel was the pain. 'It hurts' A bright light was shined in my eyes.

"Pupils reactive"

My mind started to spin. My eyelids felt heavier than ever. "L/N? L/N, honey I need you to stay awake." I couldn't take it.

"She's flatlining!"

"Y/N, dear. I need you to wake up." 

'Mrs. Sugawara?' 

"Please Y/N"

'Kōshi?'

"Is she gonna be okay?"

'Bub?'

I opened my eyes but everything was white. I was standing in the middle of a room, and there was no one around. I walked around for what seemed like a long time. 

"Y/N, if you can hear me please come back. We need you." 

'That's Himari's voice.' I looked around for her but she wasn't there. 'Himari I'm here! I'm right here!'

I woke up to a familiar warmth brushing against my hand. I looked down and there was nothing there, but I knew that warmth anywhere. It was one of a kind. 

'Daichi'

I tried to reach out to him but everything went cold again.

'No, wait. Come back. Why isn't anyone listening to me!'

"Hey Peanut"

I opened my eyes and saw my father. He was standing in front of me. "Daddy?" I could feel the tears sting my eyes. "Hi baby"

"H-How? How are you here right now?" 

He tilted his head in confusion."You called me here"  

I ran towards him and wrapped my arms around his waist. "I missed you" I cried. He kissed the top of my head. "I know, I missed you too." He pulled away and looked at me. "But Y/N, baby, you can't stay here."

I was so confused. "But I want to. I want to stay with you!" He wiped the tears from my eyes. "It's not your time."

"Not my time for what?" He started to walk backward away from me. "No! Dad! Don't leave me again!" He gave me a smile. "I'll see you again. Stay strong baby. Kōshi needs you." I reached out to him, one last time. "I love you peanut"

I was met with the cold. Everything felt heavy.
