Back at the school, Y/N waited for Suga and Daichi to be done with their meeting the coach was holding. Her pain had finally started to subside and she was getting drowsy. Daichi looked back at her, half-asleep on the bench. He felt someone nudge his arm and he looked down at Kiyoko.
"She liked you, you know." "I don't know, I'm not that great. She could do a lot better." The girl shook her head. "I've heard how she talks about you." Daichi eyed her curiously. Kiyoko took out her phone and played the audio recording she took from the night she and Y/N were walking back to Kiyoko's house.
She felt bad for recording their conversation, especially since it was private but both Y/N and Daichi would be too shy to do anything unless they knew their feelings were replicated.
"I like everything about him. He's so confident and smart. He always knows what to say, and if he doesn't say anything he always knows what to do. His laugh is enchanting and I get lost in his eyes. He's by my side at all times. And he never fails to brighten my day. And when he holds me- when he holds me it's like the rest of the world disappears. Like it's just the two of us, ya know? When I'm with him, time stops. He feels like...home."
He looked back at Y/N who gave him a tired smile. "Ask her out," Kiyoko told him before leaving.
~Daichi's POV~
'He feels like home.' The words rattled around my brain. "Hey, Suga," I said walking up to my best friend. "Yea?" "I uh-I was thinking. Does Y/N really have feelings for me like you said?" The entire team turned to me. "IT'S SO OBVIOUS" They all shouted at once.
"So if I were to ask her out, she'd say yes?" Suga nodded. "She wouldn't have to think twice about it." When Suga looked back at me he looked more serious than ever. "Why do you like her?" I said the only thing I could. "Everything feels...right with her." Everyone stared at me but I ignored it and walked over towards where Y/N was sitting.
"Ready to go?" She nodded and yawned. I grabbed her bag and threw it over my shoulder. "Come on" I said as I held my hands out to her. She looked slightly confused. "Your knee still hurts and you're tired so I'm carrying you." She didn't question it but slowly blinked at me a few times, giving me time to get lost in her eyes.

"DUDE IT'S BEEN WEEKS" The team yelled at me. "I KNOW THAT! I just haven't figured out how to ask her yet. And I've been focused on training for the Interhigh Prelims."
"THAT'S A BUNCH OF BS" Noya yelled. "WE'VE ALL BEEN PRACTICING! YOU'VE HAD THE TIME!"
Even Tsukishima butted in, "You're scared" "I AM NOT" I yelled back.
~Your POV~
"You're not what?" I said as I popped into the gym. Everyone gave me a weird smile except Hinata. "Y/N-SENPAI!" He said running towards me. I got cleared to resume normal activities, including football, last week.
We had actually just finished morning practice when I decided to go say hi to the boys. "ARE YOU COMING TO OUR MATCH TOMORROW?!" He yelled in my face. I frowned. "Sorry buddy, we have a game against Tokonami and it's my first one being back. I don't know if we'll make it back in time." All the boys frowned. "I'm sorry, I have to get back to conditioning. I just wanted to say hi, I didn't mean to bring the mood down." I said as I bowed and left.

"Y/N!!!" Himari yelled as I waited by my car. "HEY!!" I yelled back as we practically jumped into each other's arms. "CAPTAIN!!" The rest of the team yelled. "ARE YOU GUYS READY TO KICK TOKONAMI'S ASS?!" I yelled. They all cheered and yelled in response. "THEN LET'S GO!! CHOP CHOP!!" We all got in the two cars and took off. Kagami was blasting The Weekend as usual.
When we pulled up to the school we all got out and made our way down onto the field. "You really think we can win?" Ayame asked as we started stretching. "HUDDLE UP!" I yelled at the girls.
"Ok, we can do this. Focus on the field, TRUST your teammates. You're each capable of carrying this game. But we have to WIN as a team. I want each of you girls to give it your all. They're good, but not strong. But don't underestimate them. Now let's get out there and make every move count!!"

"RIYOGI! HERE!!" I yelled as she looked for an opening. I dribbled the ball down the field and passed it to Ayame. She passed it off to Saki a few seconds later. "TAKE THE SHOT SAKI!!" We all yelled. The ball flew into the goal earning us another point.
'4-4'
"ONE MORE!" Himari kicked it from the goal box and shot it halfway down the field. Everyone else was too far back. "GO Y/N!! IT'S OPEN!" There was a minute left on the clock. I ran and dribbled as fast as I could. I kicked the ball up in the air, giving it just enough height allowing me to slid across the grass, and kicked the ball in as I rolled. [Like Rolling Thunder but in soccer]
"GOALLLLLLLLLL" The commentator yelled as the crowd erupted into cheers. "AND THE KARASUNO GIRLS HAVE DONE IT! THEY JUST SECURED THEIR PLACE FOR ROUND ONE!" My teammates ran over and dropped to their knees in tears. The Tokonami coach came over and presented us with a trophy. We all cheered again.
~Back at Karasuno~
"NO WAY!"
"SHE PULLED IT OFF!"
"THAT WAS AMAZING"
"SHE WAS LIKE WHOOSH AND ZOOM AND SWOOSH AND KICK!"
The boy's volleyball team was currently watching the girl's football game on the bus. "Oh, I almost forgot," Kiyoko said. She pulled out a box from under the seat. She opened it and handed each of the boys a new water bottle. Each bottle was specifically personalized down the sides including their name, position, and jersey number. In addition, a picture of each of the boys was laminated on their personal water bottle.

"AWWW KIYOKO YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO DO THIS!" Tanaka cried. "I didn't," She said, which left the boys confused. "Y/N did" Tanaka turned back to his captain. "IF YOU DON'T ASK HER OUT, I WILL!" He yelled, to which all of the boys agreed.
'I can do this. When I see her next- I'll ask her.'
