I press my lips against Regina's, they say true loves kiss can break any spell, and I am determined to undo the one Regina put on herself.

"What are you doing?" Regina asks pulling away from me.

My breath catches in my throat as I stare at her, searching her eyes for any sign of a light bulb going off, something to trigger her memory for me.

She stares at me for a while before saying "whatever that was, it was the first time I kissed a man since Graham, and I barely know you."

"I know but look deep down, do you remember me?" I ask, almost a plead.

She stares at me for a little bit and says "Robin."

"Yes?" I ask hopefully.

"I don't remember you. I don't know anything about you except everything you told me and that seems pretty real. I just don't want to rush into for Kayla and your son. I really like you Robin I just need to decide if the way I feel about you is the same" she says walking past me, the way back to town.

My legs feel like they've never taken a step before, I don't want to move. Everything I hoped for, didn't work. They say true loves kiss can break any spell, well whoever said that is wrong, it can't.

I turn and head the same way Regina did, towards Emma's house where i need to talk to her. I had o head there anyway to pick up Roland, and then we would head home back to the Merry Men.

I reach Emma's house in no time and knock on the door.

Hook opens it and let's me in. He shuts the door behind me and says "thought you would be spending your night with Regina, after she remembered."

"She didn't remember" I say keeping my gaze on my shoes.

"I'm so sorry mate. Let me get Emma, she's just checking on Sunny and Roland, their our cold" Hook says heading to the stairs.

I take a seat in the living room and put my head in my hands. I can't believe she didn't remember.

Emma comes down the stairs and takes a seat next to me.

"I'm so sorry" she says.

"There's no point" I say looking up. "Kayla will never be ready and nothing will be able to break that stupid spell."

"I'm going to get some tea for myself and Hook. Vodka or rum?" She asks.

"No. I don't want to bury myself in drinks. Can I have some tea too?" I ask her.

"Of course" she smiles at me and stands up, heading through the door towards the kitchen.

I hear her switch the kettle on and grab the cups from the cupboards. Hook takes a seat across from and gives me a warm smile.

"Don't worry mate, she'll remember one day and I don't think it was really a spell that was put on her" Hook says.

"What do you mean not a spell?" I ask a little confused.

"Well, Regina put her memories in a rock, she didn't cast a spell on herself to make the memories disappear, just make them trapped. All you have to do is restore the memories, not really reverse the spell" Hook says to me.

"You know for a pirate you really know how to think" I smile at him.

"What can I say, being devilishly handsome doesn't go so far" Hook smiles at me.

I give out a laugh as we hear the whistle from the kettle go off. I turn and look through the door way to see Emma pouring the water into the cups and put them on a tray. She picks it up and started to head our way.

All of a sudden, Emma lets go off the tray and it goes smashing down to the ground. The cups break as soon as they hit contact with the ground and the liquid sprays everywhere. Emma puts her hands up on either side of the door frame and steadies herself, breathing hard.

"Emma" Hook says jumping out of his chair and rushing over to his wife.

I jump up too and follow as Hook takes Emma in his arms, helping her stand.

"Emma are you okay?" Hook asks taking her over to the couch. He lies her down but she reluctantly sits up and puts a hand to her head.

"Yah I'm fine" she smiles at him as she tries to stand up.

"Wow wow wow" Hook says pushing her back down on the couch, "you need to rest."

I grab pieces of the broken China and put them in my hand. I stand up and through them in the trash, grabbing the broom to sweep it all up.

"Yah rest" Emma says putting her head back down on the pillow. She closes her eyes and falls asleep as Hook comes and helps me clean up.

"What was that?" I ask him.

"I don't know but whatever it was, it means we need to keep an eye on her. I'll tell David and Mary Margret tomorrow, they'll want to know what's happening" Hook says picking up another piece of China.

I sweep up the last remaining shards and throw them in the trash. I rub my hands together and wipe them on my jeans. I walk over to Hook who is grabbing himself a glass of water.

"I never thought the mean old pirate would grab a glass of water" I smirk.

"You'll be surprised how much your wife bans from being in the house" Hook laughs taking a gulp.

"Emma likes her good glass" I say knowing Emma.

"Yes but she doesn't want it to influence onto our children" Hook says taking another gulp. "She'll probably let up when they get older."

I nod and stare down at my hands. I slept girly touch my lips as memories of Regina flood my mind, memories of us kissing, the picnic in her office, the time we went to get ice cream with Roland, all of it coming back. Maybe the kiss didn't work because I may not be her true love.

Being soul mates is different then having true love.
