When You Remember

Chapter 23- Robin

Kayla runs out the door and starts to scream at Regina as she follows. I look at them terrified. Kayla has already destroyed some objects in the house, what could she do to Regina?

I look up and out of the corner of my eye, I see a movement of feathers. I turn and perched on top of the house across the street, was a flying monkey. The monkey was watching the scene below intently making sure everything was going as planed. As planed?

"RE-" I was cut off as my vision is blurry with purple smoke. When it disappears, I was standing in a cell starring at Emma, Killian, Snow and Charming talking.

"REGINA!" I scream as I run up to the bars.

All their heads shoot to me in confusion and Emma is the dirt to speak.

"Robin?" She says.

"Emma you have to get me out of here. There was yelling and screaming and magic going out of control" I say panicked as Emma gets out the keys.

"Hold on, Robin how did you get here?" She asks as the door clicks unlocked.

"I don't. I went up in a cloud of purple smoke and when I opened my eyes I was standing here but the doesn't matter, we need to get to Regina and Kayla. There was a monkey watch-"

"Monkeys?" Snow cuts in.

"Yes there was a flying monkey watching them and when I tried to yell out to her I was here" I say quite frantic.

"Guys" Emma says as she stares at the cell I came out off.

I turn and I felt like I might faint. Written on the wall in black letters was 'LET REGINA FIND HER DAUGHTER, OR ELSE'

"Find her daughter?" Snow asks confused.

"Kayla" I whisper.

I bolt through the door running as fast as I could down he street.

"ROBIN!" Emma screams after me.

"I NEED TO GET TO MY DAUGHTER!" I yell running as fast as I could.

"ROBIN WAIT!" Killian yells.

I ignore him and turn the corner. The adrenaline was pumping through my veins making my body move faster every second. My daughter and the love of my life is in trouble, I need to go faster. The wind whips the hair from my face as I pump my arms. My legs burn from every step as I try to go faster.

I hear the beat of wings and look to the sky to see a flying monkey flying towards the mansion. I push myself to faster, to get to them. The monkey flies down and lands right at the end of the street. I slide to a stop and stare at the creature. My heart fills with rage as I run as fast as I ever have. The monkey doesn't look fazed and jut stares at me.

I scream at the top of my lungs as I run straight at it. The monkey lets out a screech at me, calling for others. I scream louder as I lunge at the creature. I jump onto it as it screeches. It tries to fly away from my grasp but I grab its wings and use all my force to make sure it doesn't leave my grasp.

A loud bang is heard which knocks my focus off the monkey. I let go of its wings for a second which only takes the monkey enough time to push its self off the ground. I stare at it fly away when another loud bang echoes through the air. I turn to look down the road, Emma and Killian by my side.

A large snow monster turns the corner and let's out a scream of pure anger. Small snow balls come out of its mouth as large ice spikes form on its back.

"That's new" Killian says shocked.

The snow monster comes running towards us pounding its large snow foot on the ground. It's arms were swinging as it shoots an ice spike towards us.
