Rescueing Tenzin

The teens had got a boat from Air Temple Island to Republic city dock, on the way Korra told Anima that she drove her sato-mobile to the dock after they had being sent to prison "Where did you park Kiyoshi?" Anima asked looking round "she's round here somewhere, there she is" Korra pointed, Anima Looked to see her beloved Sato-mobile had being crashed into a lamp post.

Anima gasped as she ran to it and hugged the bonnet "oh what's she done to you, baby" the girl says before looking at Korra with a displeased look on her face "nice parking Korra who taught you, a flying Lima"

"hey, you guys got arrested and left me alone with the car" Korra says before putting her hands in the air "I made it very clear I don't know how to drive" Anima shook her head while pinching the bridge of her nose "I'm gonna fast track your training after all this is over" she says and gets into the driving seat.

"all things considered, you did a great job" Bolin then grabbed some parking tickets "but how are we gonna pay for all these parking tickets?" Mako then grabbed them and burned them "relax, the city's under attack the police have more important things to worry about" he says as Asami got her electrocution glove from the boot of the Sato-mobile.

She then got in the passenger seat to not sit next to Mako as he, Korra and Bolin got in the back, Anima then tried to start the engine but it wouldn't turn over, she then turned around and looked at Korra with a monotone face, Korra just scratched her head with a awkward smile.

Anima then sighed as she looked at the light switch button, it was turned on, Anima frustratedly groaned "Asami just electrocute this part for me" Anima pointed to the dial for the battery, Asami did as she was asked and a small charge or electricity sounded.

Anima then turned the key and the engine came to life with a powerful roar that sounded like a saber tooth tiger, Anima smiled "ah, so good to have you back" Anima says as she stroked the steering wheel, before putting it into gear and driving off.

They went to the police station and saw five mecha tanks, and surrounding Tenzin, Anima sighed as she knew what to do but it would involve a great loss "Ramp!" she yelled, Korra and Bolin made a ramp "Jump!" she yelled, the group jumped out and Kiyoshi went into one of the tanks making it explode.

Team Avatar then began attacking the tanks, Anima then jumped over a tank and filled its exhaust system with Water making it steam and break down, she then made a big spirit energy ball and launched it at the tank making it fall down.

The team along with Tenzin fraught off the tanks and when they were done, Anima ran up to Tenzin and hugged him "I'm happy your ok" she says as Tenzin hugged her back "I'm fine thanks to you, kids" he says as Anima stopped hugging him "another minute later and I would of being on my way to Amon"

"guys, look" Mako pointed towards Air Temple Island and they saw a air ship over it "oh no"

The group rushed to Oogie and got to the island as fast as they could but when they arrived, everything seemed to be alright "dad!" the children jumped on their father while Anima went to her mother "we beat the bad guys" Meelo says earning Lin a shocked look "you let them fight, do you realize what could've happend?"

Lin just placed one hand on her hip "I would've been toast if it weren't for your kids, you should be proud you taught them well" she says before gesturing to the air temple "go on, be with your wife" Tenzin and the air bending children ran inside.

Anima then looked at her mother with worry in her eyes "are you alright, Where's Gran Gran?" she asked

"I'm fine, and Cara is inside the air temple helping Pema, come on we better get inside" she says and the rest of the group go inside to see Tenzin holding his new born son, but the moment couldn't last forever as Korra had bad news "I'm sorry to ruin the moment, but more airships are coming"

The air bending children then looked towards Tenzin "everything's not gonna be fine, is it, daddy?" ikki asked her father, the old air bender sighed as he past his son to Pema and him along with the teenagers and Lin walked out to see two Air ships coming towards the island.

"what do you want to do, Tenzin?" Korra asked which made the man sigh "I need to protect my family and get them as far from this conflict as possible, if Amon got his hands on my children-I hate to even think of it" he closed his eyes in slight fear of his children being taken.

"if you're leaving then, I'm going with you-but-no arguments, you and your family are the last airbenders, there's no way in the world I'm letting Amon take your bending away" Anima smiled at her mother, she thought she was becoming more open with people and she loved it "thank you, Lin"

Tenzin then turned to Korra and Anima "I want you two to leave the island and hide for the time being" Korra was a little taken back "I'm not giving up" she says determined

"I'm not asking you to I've sent word to the United forces they will be here soon, and once my family is safe, I will return with the reinforcements we can turn the tide in this war" Tenzin says turning towards the Avatar, who looked at him sadly "what your saying is, we need to be patient" Tenzin smiled as he placed a hand on Korra's shoulder "you're learning well" he smiled at Korra who held a little smile of her own.

Goodbyes were given as Tenzin with his family, Cara and Lin got in Oogie "I'll miss you, two" Anima says hugging her mother and grandmother.

"keep Korra safe" Cara says as she squeezed Anima before letting go, some tears in both their eyes "I will"

Anima then hugged her mother who actually wrapped her arms around the girls torso "please keep them safe, and keep yourself safe, for me" Lin nodded as she let a few tears down her face "I will"

Lin then got on Oogie and the sky bison took off as the teens got on Naga and escaped just in time as the air ships arrived.

Team Avatar was currently overlooking Republic city as it was smoking and many airships descended upon it, Korra overlooked the city as her tears threatened her eyes, Anima was about place her hand on the Avatars shoulder, but Mako almost barged her while he placed his on her shoulder "Korra, we should get moving" he says and they both walked with Mako guiding Korra with his arm on her shoulder.

Anima and Asami looked upon the two as they passed, they then looked at each other with sadness and anger in their eyes as they followed the two in to the tunnel.
