Anima woke up early in the morning after not sleeping very well, she had bags under her eyes and felt like she was still tired, she got up and went to the eating area to have her breakfast, after that she trained mostly untill she saw Korra going towards the docks "Kory where you going?" Anima asked and Korra smiled once she saw Anima "I'm going to the pro bending Arena" she said tiredly rubbing her eyes "you have to come to" Anima was confused when Korra said that, she walked up to the Avatar out of breath and sweating.

When Korra got a good look at Anima she nearly fainted from how the girl looked, her muscles glowed as the morning sun light went on them "why would I need to go?" Anima asked breaking Korra away from staring at her "because I convinced Mako to let you be our reserve water bender"

Anima raised an eyebrow at Korra "what makes you think I want to be a pro bender when I'm already a master?" Anima asked and Korra pouted "please, it will be fun" Anima sighed as she nodded, she couldn't resist the Avatars pout "fine but on one condition"

"Anything"

"if Mako is a jerk I get to punch him in the face" Anima said and Korra was thinking about it "ok deal but only when I tell you to" Korra stook her hand out and Anima shakes it  "that's fine" the warm feeling was back and the two kept hold of each others hand for a bit longer before letting go and going to the pro bending Arena.

"what's the big idea making me train, this early in the morning? mornings are evil" Korra said throwing a weighted ball at Bolin "were the rookies, so we get the worst time slots for the gym" he said and threw the ball to Mako.

"and you two are the rookests of us all, we gotta get you up to speed if we want to survive in the tournament deal with it" he then threw the ball at Anima who didn't flich and threw the ball back at him with so much force he ended up in the wall "can I punch him now?" Anima asked Korra who couldn't believe the amount of strength the purple eyed girl had.

Korra looked at Anima who was smirking triumphantly "theres my little hardworking Street urchins" the four looked to see a man approaching them "it's an honor to finally meet you, Avatar"

"and you are?" Korra asked

"butakha, I run this whole pro bending shebang, here's your winnings from the last match" He said presenting Mako with a big wad of cash but before he could put it away he took it all back for some pretty rediculious reasons.

And it turns out they need 30'000 yuans to enter the tournament "you wouldn't happen to have a secret Avatar bank account overflowing with gold, would you?" Bolin asked Korra who turned out her pockets "I got nothing I've never really needed money" The Avatar then looked towards Anima "Amy what about you, aren't the Beifongs rich or something?" Korra asked, making Bolin's eyes go wide in surprise "wait Beifong, like Toph Beifong, are you related to her" he asked excitedly.

"I don't have any money from the Beifong account and yes Bolin she's my grand mother" Anima smiled at the boy who nearly fainted "me and Korra have always had people taking care of us" Anima said and Mako scoffed as he packed the balls away "wouldn't say you had nothing"

"I'm sorry did I hit a nerve, didn't know you had any" Anima said and Korra elbowed her sides "what was that for" Anima said rubbing the side Korra hit.

"we're sorry we didn't mean-" Bolin interrupted Korra "no its all right it's just-ever since we lost our parents, we've being on our own" Anima felt a little bad "I'm sorry, I didn't know" she said sympathetically.

"how are we gonna come up with the money?" Mako asked
Bolin raised his hand "I got it, I've being training Pabu to do circus tricks" he held up a fire ferret "now people would pay good money to see that" He seemed happy with himself until Mako shot him down "come on Bolin, we need serious ideas" Bolin's happy smirk fell from his face.

"I was serious" he said and Anima patted his shoulder "he just hates fun" she said to the earth bender "don't worry about it, I'll figure something out, I always do" Mako said walking off.

"don't worry Bo, he's just a hard head who hates fun, go do your thing and earn a bit of money" Anima encouraged him, Bolin smiled and hugged Anima for a second "thanks Anima, and I will I'll show him" Bolin then walked off and Anima smiled at his childish behaviour.

During the hug Korra couldn't help but feel this angry sort of feeling, she wanted to rip Bolin away from Anima but restrained herself as he walked away, Korra noticed Anima's smile and felt saddened that it wasn't because of her, she wanted the purple eyed girl to smile because of her, not some boy.

The two girls went to the changing room and changed into their own clothes and headed back to Air Temple Island "Amy?" Korra asked shly "yeah"

"could you come watch me train?" Anima raised an eyebrow at the Avatar "why do you want me to?" Anima asked but Korra didn't want to say the truth, it's because she couldn't tell Anima that she wanted to impress her, to get her to smile, to stop this angry feeling.

"so you can support me, and do the magic healing incase I hurt myself" Korra said smiling hoping Anima would buy it, the spirit bender thought it over "hmmm its gonna have to be a nooo-ok sure" Korra breathed a sigh of relief "don't do that to me!" Korra punched Anima's arm lightly, the girl didn't flinch nor did she move, in fact, it hurt Korra's hand a little but she wasn't gonna say anything.

"well come on then mighty Avatar, your training awaits" Anima said gesturing to the fan equipment, Korra laughed a little at Anima's sillyness and they both went to the training area.

"ok spirit bender prepare to be amazed" Korra said to Anima as Jinora and Ikki started up the fans, Korra went in and got through it without hitting a thing and it made Anima smile "you did it, Kory" Anima went and hugged Korra which took the Avatar by surprise but made her blush when she felt the pleasant feeling again but like it came, it went quickly and Korra felt saddened by that fact.
