Farewell To Opal

Today was the day Opal was leaving for the northern air temple but before that Korra was sparing with one of Su's sons, it was metal bending based so no other element was allowed "try your best!" Anima happily says as their mach was about to began "don't worry I'll go easy on her" he smirked with confidence.

"I was talking to you not Korra, my girl will destroy you" Korra smiled confidently after Anima's words "thanks Amy" Anima blew a kiss towards Korra as a bell sounded to start the match.

The beifong boy started by launching some pieces of metal at Korra who dodged and quickly turned the pieces into a whip and began to attack, he dodged them and once the whip hit the ground he placed his foot on it and wrapped it round Korra causing her to fall backwards.

Korra blushed lightly from embarrassment as she knew Anima saw it "I can't believe I'm sparring with the Avatar" he says excitedly, a small smug look on his face "I can't believe I'm stuck with her friend" his brother says as Bolin tried to mold the metal in his hand "Hey Bolin is a brilliant earth bender" Anima placed her hands on her hips "hold on I think I got it, let me just try this" he then groaned as whatever he was trying didn't work "no? ok, maybe if I-ow!" Bolin yelled as two flat metal pieces crashed into him from both sides "trail by fire! It's the best way to learn metal bending" he says throwing two more pieces of metal at Bolin, who dodged them, the earth bender then sneakily launched a small pebble at his attacker hitting him in head.

"oh nice shot, Bolin" Mako complimented as he and Asmai showed up "but I thought you was ment to be practicing metal bending not earth bending"

"yeah, cheater" the Beifong boy groaned rubbing his head "Mako Metal bending is extremely difficult, no one gets it right away, if they can get it at all, it's not normal" Bolin stressed just as Korra defeated her opponent "woo hoo! Metal bending champion" Korra flexed her biceps as she held her confident/victorious look on her face.

Anima smiled nervously as she stared at her girlfriend, she walked closer to Korra and placed a kiss upon her lips, it caught Korra by surprise but she quickly melted into it "that's for winning" Korra licked her lips as she still felt the tingly sensation from the kiss "I should win more" Korra says lowly before they walked back to their room to get ready for Opal's farewell dinner.

The two entered their room and Anima looked through her clothes to find something a little more special for her cousin's farewell "hey Kory what are you wearing tonight?" she asked the Avatar as she layed on the bed "I'm just gonna go like this" Korra gestured to her normal everyday clothes.

Anima sighed as she looked at her clothes "I guess you have the right idea, we didn't really pack for special occasions anyway" The purple eyed girl walked towards the bed and layed on it cuddling up to Korra, who placed her arm under Anima's neck and gently placed her hand on Anima's arm "look at it this way, now we have an hour of relaxation" Korra pointed out and Anima hummed "you're right, but we both know you can't relax to save your life" Korra nodded "true but I can do anything, I'm the Avatar" Korra stated with her signature smile making Anima chuckle "and I've got to deal with it" Anima cuddled closer into Korra.

The hour passed and now the two were sat round the dinner table, right up till the food arrived Bolin just couldn't stop been the love sick puppy that he is "everytime I eat raw kale, I'm gonna think of you" he says to Opal, Anima cringed slightly as she leaned over towards Asmai "if I say anything like that ever, please shoot me" Asmai chuckled as she shook her head "he's in love, Amy, remember how you was with Korra" Anima sighed as she leaned back into her chair "I was love sick yes, but I've never said anything like that"

"what're you two talking about?" Korra leaned over and the two best friends looked at each other "nothing much, just how I've never been as cheesey as Bolin" Anima slightly pointed towards said earth bender and Korra smiled devilishly "what about the time you said I was as beautiful as the moon and stars" Korra put in a slightly high pitched voice as she put both her hands together making a cute face, Anima crossed her arms with a pout "I've never said anything like that, but yes you are very beautiful" Anima says making Korra and Asami laugh.

Once the dinner was over it was time for Opal to head off to the northern air temple, everyone said their good byes and Anima warned her about her siblings mainly Meelo.

After that was done Korra and Anima went back to their room and got ready for bed "I'm happy for Opal, I can already see her with her tattoos" Anima says as she put a very long shirt on.

"shes already very good, i hope Tenzin isn't to hard on her" Korra puts on tank top and some baggy PJ pants "shes a Beifong, I hope she's not hard on him"

The two laugh before getting into the bed and cuddling close like they always do "goodnight, Kory I love you"

"goodnight, Amy I love you, too" they kissed before cuddling closer and closing their eyes falling to sleep.
