Arbaz's pov.

A cloud of smoke suffocated the air I breathed. The dim light in the room made it the night outside a somber view of hell fire with the moon glimmering in her territory.

A beautiful sight to be seen, but an ugly reminder of someone I can't have for me. It glistened like her skin against the green of her orbs, like the black of her locks and the shackles of her strength.

"Ohh I'm a very kind man but you my dear just know how to make me a copy of my father, don't you?"

A shallow breath escaped my lips as I leaned my head back staring into space. Barrister Usman.

The man was a vile man, not good at all. Sure he worked for the good side but only hell can prove how devious he was when it came to fooling someone.

He thought he'd escape the wrath of Khan after getting his eldest son murdered for the sake of his case. Poor little Zoya thinks so highly of her father she doesn't even know how many men he had buried to get to that point.

After all being the son Ahmed Shafi Khan - a ruthless underworld lord - had its perks. Being in that law meant buying the law and Usman Shafi khan knew exactly how to do that.

He was my uncle. Sad.

My father was an illegitimate child of Ahmed shafi khan and that man kept him away from his family, in the dark shackles of ruthless training and abuse.

Grandfather dearest, after all he had done had that audacity to hand over that mafia to his good for nothing son usman while my father rot under his shadow like a peasant. If a revolution was something he didnt see coming then there wasn't a man I'd consider more stupid than barristar usman.

What did he do in response? Use his law to get my father jailed for something they both had been equally meddling in. My father was no saint but he was true to his blood. He never thought any less of his brother but after being stabbed in the back for all he did with him, he had, had enough.

Hence the murder. It was perfect chance to regain everything usman ever stole from my father. Mahtab. The woman he loved, usman took her away. The property. He took away. His father's love, he took even that away.

There's no point in fighting Zoya, its all hers, but as it all goes what belonged to usman now belongs to me. She needs to learn it the easy to surrender to me before her new family faces consequences.
