Ukraine once again glanced around, before slowly turning the lock. The kettle drowned out whatever noise Ukraine was making, so it didn't really matter much if he opened the door slowly or quickly. The Ukrainian gently pulled the cabinet door open. Oh...

Medicine... Pills... Antibiotics.. Bandages- in other words, it turned out to be the medicine cabinet. Wait- it. Turned. Out. To. Be. The. Medicine. Cabinet. That meant pills!! That meant there should be something he could use to drug Canada's drink!

He dug around in the cabinet for a moment, but soon enough stopped. No- no. He couldn't do that- They have been friends for years.. Ukraine couldn't-...

...

Ukraine walked back into the living room, carrying two cups of tea. He set the two of them down on the coffee table, before looking over at Canada.

"...I-...I have a...uhm...question.." Ukraine mumbled as Canada motioned for the smaller male to sit down on his lap. The Ukrainian cringed, but obliged, because he didn't really have a choice. He hesitantly sat down on Canada's lap, yelping in surprise as he felt the other's arms wrap around his waist.

"Yes, my dear?" Canada asked, resting his chin on the other's shoulder, gently nuzzling into the crook of Ukraine's neck.

"...I-...Uhm-... I- If you were with A- America, wh...why did he knock a- a- and ask you to op- open the door...?" Ukraine asked, turning his head to look at Canada, feeling very uncomfortable due to the position they were in. He'd rather throw himself off of a cliff than sit in Canada's lap for much longer.

"Oh, i wasn't with him, dear. I just wanted to scare him, but- you beat me to it, haha." Canada let out a small chuckle, before nuzzling into Ukraine's hair, taking in the other's sweet scent. The Canadian couldn't help but to smile a little.

"...Wh- Why did you even invite him here...?" Ukraine asked, wanting to get as much information as possible. Maybe he could use all that to his...no. their advantage. Now Ukraine had America to help him out.

"I just figured i could use his help a bit. I have a few things i need and America is the right person to get them... But now, im not so sure he'll be willing to do what i ask of him." Canadian smiled, playing with Ukraine's hair.

"...O- Oh... S- Sorry..." The Ukrainian mumbled, looking down.

"No worries. I could never be mad at you, dear.." Canada said in a soft, gentle voice, one that made Ukraine feel a little bit safer in the other's arms.

"...O- Okay..." Ukraine nodded, thinking for a moment. "Y- You could untie America....A- And...uhm...T- Try to convince that h- he just imagined ever h- hearing someone screaming for help...? I- Im sure he'll trust you..." Ukraine said in a rather quiet voice. Was he suggesting this to help Canada? No. Ukraine had a plan.. But to make it work, he needed America on his side, while Canada thought America was on Canada's side. It could work..

Canada was silent for a moment. "That's... That's actually a good idea! Thank you! Love ya!" He smiled like a child, grabbing Ukraine's jaw, forcing the smaller male to look to the side so Canada could place a few kisses on the Ukrainian's cheek.

"Y- You're welcome...?" Ukraine asked, sounding confused. In reality, he was just surprised that it had actually worked. Good- now he only had to wait until America woke up.. Hopefully America was as kindhearted as he used to be.

"Please stand up, dear. Oh- and go to our room. Be quiet and i'll reward you, my love." Canada smiled kindly.

The Ukrainian did as he was asked to and stood up, glancing down at America for a mere moment, before turning and walking away. Both his mind and plan was a mess. He could not agree with himself upon what would be the best next step... That's why he needed America's help.  Ukraine entered his room, closing the door behind himself. He sat down on the floor, leaning against the door, hoping to hear whatever it was that Canada would be asking of America.

This would be a long shot, but hopefully it will pay off.
