Ukraine simply laid there, staring at the wall. Canada had not woken up yet, nor did Ukraine get enough sleep, but neither of those things mattered to him at the moment. He was trying to think... Think. What was there to think about? His family. Escaping. Escaping to his family, figuring out a way to make damn sure that Canada spends the rest of his sad, misrable days in prison, rotting away with a heart full of guilt for what he had put Ukraine through. What he had forced the man to live through. Getting shot, watching what soon became a relatively close friend get dragged into this because of his stupidity. The Ukrainian's heart stung for America. What had happened to him? Now that he was awake, trapped within his captor's grip, there was so much to think about, but none of it made Ukraine feel any better. Not even the thoughts of his family. They must be going through hell.. Would his father care? Did his father care? Had he cared and slowly moved on? He had so many other children to take care of, after all..
A small yelp left Ukraine as Canada pulled him closer as he slept without a single care in the world, making the boy tense up and freeze. Do not wake him up. No. Not after last night. He still couldn't get rid of the feeling of Canada's hands on his skin, and the more he thought about it, the sicker he became. The one thought that did slightly lift his mood was imagining using that nausea to throw up in Canada's face. Yes, the Canadian would get mad, but at this point Ukraine knew that pulling a sad enough face would get him out of any kind of consequence for his actions. Even escaping had been forgiven.
Ukraine let out a soft laugh thinking about such a thing. Was he slowly becoming like Canada? Manipulative and unhinged? Maybe. "Thinking about me, princess?" A rather deep voice chimed in from behind him, Ukraine immediately snapping his head to look at the Canadian, who still kept Ukraine trapped in his arms. "I- Uhm..." Ukraine's expression fell. How fast he had been pulled from his thoughts into the reality of the situation. It didn't matter what his family was going through because of Ukraine, Ukraine was the one living the worst of it, now wasn't he?
"Aww, no need to get all flustered. See? I told you a good, long cuddle would fix everything." Canada pushed his body up against Ukraine's, forcing a shiver down the other's spine. "Y- Yes! Yes, yes- uhm- could I please go to the bathroom? I didn't want to wake you.." The Slavic forced a grin although he was pretty sure that the other couldn't see it. Canada was behind him, after all. The room fell awfully silent, so much so that Ukraine was worried that the other had fallen asleep, yet he was proven otherwise when Canada moved his arm from underneath Ukraine, raising his hand to play with the boy's hair.
...
The Ukranian sat in the shower. How disgusting it all had been, to share a bed with that vile man. A long sigh left his lips as the lukewarm water ran down his body, trying to enjoy whatever warmth the water had left. He had been in the shower for quite a while now, for so long that he wasn't sure what would come first, Canada trying to bust in, worried that Ukraine would've 'accidentally' harmed himself or if all of the hot water would run out completely. Harm himself. Would he harm himself? There was no quick way to do such a thing without putting too much thought into it, everything that could do it, razors, toothpicks, even dental floss had been moved elsewhere so Ukraine couldn't play smart and make any more dangerous weapons. All that was left were some toothbrushes. What was Ukraine gonna do, brush his skin until it bled? Yeah, right. As much as he wanted to give into his impulsive thoughts, he refused to do so. He had to be strong.. But how could he be strong when he was up against someone even stronger? No matter what he did, no matter how much he tried, Canada always ended up outsmarting and outplaying him. It wasn't fair. It wasn't fucking fair!
