Relationship in Bed

I saw her

Nasa apartment ako ngayon at nag aayos nang mga gamit n dadalhin ko sa tinitirhan ni Brent.

Alam kong sobrang bilis nang pangyayari pero sigurado na ako. Sigurado na ako sa kanya at alam kong sigurado na din siya sakin.

"Mag isa na lang ako dito" malungkot na sabi ni Mae habang nakaupo siya sa kama ko.

"Wag ka na malungkot. Pwede naman ako dito pumunta kapag kailangan mo nang kausap. Kapag off natin" sabi ko habang naglalagay nang ilang damit sa bag

She sighed. "Pero masaya ko para sayo" I look at her and smiled. "You deserve it. Deserve mong maging masaya" she commented.

I hugged her tightly. "Mamimiss kita" I whispered.

"Ano ka ba? Magkikita naman tayo sa bar" sabi ni Mae nang kumalas sa pagkakayakap sakin.

"Alam ko. Basta i chat mo ako pag may kailangan ka. Wag na wag ka magdadala nang lalaki dito. Magagalit si Aling Zeny" paalala ko sa kanya at tumango tango lang siya. Umismid ako at pakiramdam ko ay hindi ako susundin ng bruha na to.

"Bakit? Oo hindi ako magdadala ng lalaki. Tiwala lang" sabi niya.

"Umayos ka ha? Kapag si Aling nag chat sakin at sinabing may dinala ka dito, lagot ka sakin" I warned her and she just laughed.

Nagpatuloy na ako sa pag aayos nang gamit ko when I remember something. Iniisip ko pa kung itatanong ko ba sa kanya o hindi.

"Mae?" wala naman sigurong masama kung itatanong ko diba?

"Hmmmm" she responded without looking at me and looking at her phone.

"Curious lang ako sa pinag awayan niyo ni Jen kanina" I furrowed and waiting for her answer. She look at me and look back to her phone like thinking if she will tell it to me. "Ano ba yung pinaguusapan niyo?" pag uusisa ko pa.

"Ano?" she scratched her head "wala yun. Hindi naman yun importante" she commented and smiled to convince me.

"Nagsesecret kana sakin" kunwari'y nagtatampo ako.

"Hindi ha? Hindi lang talaga yun importante." sabi niya. Tumango na lang ako kahit pilet. "Sige sasabihin ko na, pero dapat hindi ka na maging affected. Kay Mr Whiskey ka na forever dapat" i frowned.

"Ano ba yang pinagsasasabi mo?" I asked curiously

"Nung nasa bakasayon ka kasama si Brent narinig kong nagkakalabuan na daw si Stanley at si Jen."

"E paano naman ako magiging affected diyan?" I asked.

"Kasi ikaw ang dahilan kung bakit sila nagkalabuan" I frowned.

"Ba-bakit ako?"

"Kasi habang nag sesex daw sila aksidenteng pangalan mo ang inuungol ni Loko" she rolled her eyes. I froze. I am thinking. "Sabi pa, hindi na daw inaaya ni Stanley si Jen sa tinitirhan nito pero si Jen punta padin nang punta dun" she added.

I have no comment. Bakit naman niya babanggitin pangalan ko? Never naman akong sineryoso nun.

"Hoy, bakit ka tumahimik? Wag ka nang babalik sa loko na yun ha?" she said as she tap me on my arms.

"O-oo naman. Bakit naman ako babalik? Saka isa pa baka may iba na yung gusto kaya ganun na niya itrato si Jen" I commented

"Iba gusto? Tapos pangalan mo binabanggit?" she exclaimed.

"Baka kapangalan ko lang" convincing myself not to be affected.

Bakit naman ako magiging affected? Wala na akong nararamdaman sa kanya.

Nagulat ako nang mag ring ang cellphone ko.

"Hello" sagot ko.

"Sweetie are you done?" tanong ni Brent na nasa kabilang linya.

"Yes. I'm done"

"Bumaba kana para makauwe na tayo. Miss na kita agad" he said sweetly and I smiled.

"Okay. Bye" I said and I turned off my phone.

"Landi ha?" komento ni Mae at inirapan ko lang siya habang naka ngiti.

"Pano?  Aalis na ako. Yung mga binilin ko sayo ha?" paalala ko sa kanya. She act sad but she's happy. She hugged me.

"Yes ma'am" she said and I laughed.

Lumabas na ako nang apartment at bumaba kung saan nakaparada ang kotse niya.

"Hey" bati niya sakin snd he kissed my lips. "Give me that" kinuha niya ang bag ko at nilagay sa likod ng kotse.

"Where do you want to eat?" he asked as he open the door for me.

"Anywhere you want" I answered

"Okay" he murmured and I step inside the car. Sumakay na din siya sa Driver's seat at pinaandar ang kotse.

Nag dinner kami ni Brent sa RnR Restaurant. Marami na kaming napag kwentuhan at ilang tawanan na din ang na share namin sa isa't isa.

"I'll just go to the ladies room" sabi ko after I sip my juice.

"Sure" he smiled as I stand and walk directly to the ladies room.

I wash my hand while smiling like everything is so good. Like nothings will gonna happen to Brent and I separate.

I know what I feel about him and I know he is serious to me. I know we are meant to be.

I face myself through the mirror as I'm trying to dry my hands as I furrowed when I see a girl leaving the ladies room. She looks familiar.

I step outside the ladies room as fast as I can. I look around wishing that what I am thinking is not true. She's not here. She shouldn't be.

"Sweetie" I frowned at Brent when I noticed that he is already on my side one arm is wrapp around my back. "Is everything okay?" he asked.

"Yes. Yes. Definitely" I answered as I make myself looks fine.

"Okay. You are looking for someone?" he asked.

"No" umiling ako "I'm looking for you" I smiled. He kisses my forehead

"Let's go then" I nodd. We walk outside the restaurant and went directly where the car is.

Nasa loob na kami ng kotse. Brent start the engine and drive along the way.

"Sweetie are you sure you are fine?" he asked. Nasa bahay niya na kami. He bring down my bags and face me. "Kanina kapa tahimik. Are you having second thought about me" he asked and I smirked.  Alam ko nagbibiro lang siya pero I can't stop myself thinking her.

"Brent?" I called him. He just staring at me waiting to continue my sentence. "I think.. " I look at the floor "..  I saw Madeleine at the restaurant" I look at him as I have courage. He is looking at me, no,  he was furrowed.

"Sweetie" he started rubbing my back. "I don't think you see her there. I did not see him" he can't look at me in the eye "baka.. namalikmata ka lang" now he look at me and smiled. Why I feel something is wrong? "Sweetie. There's.... no reason for her to come. Okay. Don't think about her." he give me a comforting smile and kissed my cheeks.

"Okay" I just said but still thinking about her. After what happened? The last conversation she have with Brent is not good,  maybe Brent is right. Madeleine has no reason to come. And so what if she's here? Maybe she have some business here and Brent is not part of her business. I hope.
