So Ive had a really bad obesession with Ivan lately:3 lol I CANT HELP IT!~ After you read so much fanfic about him...you just kind of finally fall in love with the big teddy bear! Tons of people find me totally insane for ever even saying that but IDC.
He's a giant, adorable, scared, lonely, sweet, loving, kind, adoring TEDDY BEAR! ~3~
I was looking at fan art recently! I saw a picture that described why Ivan wears his scarf around his neck all the time and never lets anyone take it off! Ive alwasy wanted to know why he did that, and now that I know why I found it to be good inspiration to write a story about it!
Hopefully you all do enjoy!

~MY COMFORTABLE SCARF~
"Shut the hell up you bloody git!" Arthur yelled angrily at ( who would you expect? Yep. ) Alfred angrily, his English accent even stronger as he started towards the American with murmurs of death leaking out of his mouth.
Yoa sighed heavily with a strained expression on his face, "These meetings never get us anywhere... Honestly, aru." His voice was exsasperated and agitated. He crossed his arms over his head, presumably trying to block out the arguing, as he laid his forehead against the giant round table we shared in the conference room.
"I say we all kiss and make up~ No?" I could barely hear Francis's thick accent of his own over Arthur and Alfreds shoutings of nonsense. I looked over to see if they had actually managed to strangle each other yet, when I saw Francis skipping over and wrapping his arms around the two of them trying to catch a kiss.
Alfred was the first to shove him off and yell, "Oh whoa dude! What the hell, man? That's sick!" and just as soon, was Arthur following in agreement. Pushing off the seductive Frenchman's arm with a disgusted look on his face. "Get off of me you disgusting bloody frog! I'd rather kiss that diabetic greased pig before I would you!" He shouted as he pointed accusingly at Alfred.
"AY! I don't have diabetis you old fart!" I giggled to myself at Alfred's comment, and decided to bring my attention elsewhere due to bordem. Scanning the room for anything interesting to even look at was my goal for entertainment. 'Honestly, watching paint dry would be more appealing that this at the moment.' I thought to myself as I propped my elbow up on my knee and rested my chin in my palm. I let a sigh, that was similar to Yoa's earlier one, heavy and exhausted, escape my lips.
Finally something interesting caught my eye and I lifted my head up a bit as it shifted to the side slightly in interest. My thoughts were intrigued by my close friend Ivan's scarf, it was just a shade lighter of beige than his long, thick coat. The extended fabric was always so artfully, yet protectively, drapped about his neck. I had always been interested in why he wore such thick clothes year round, especially his scarf. Most of my curiousty stemmed from seeing him without his giant coat many of times, yet to my dismay...I had never seen him without his scarf, not once.
I remembered a particular time when I was in the large Russian's house, just as a warm casual visit, like usual...and I had asked him as to why he was walking around with that uncomfortably hot scarf on, especially in the comfort of his own home. Though all the answer I managed to receive was a short, yet accompanied with his signature warm smile, reply, "Because I find scarf not to be stuffy. I happen to be very much comfortable in scarf year round. That is good enough answer, da?" Then was left alone in the spacious cozy livingroom alone with my thoughts.
Shaking my head to bring my thoughts back to the present moment, I continued my examination of the large Russian across the room. He was always such a kind man, well at least to me. His eyes were always so bright when they looked on me, his smile always radiating such a warmness that filled not only my heart but my entire body when directed specifically at me, his large hands, always so gentle whenever he patted the top of my head...
