***italics means it was said in Korean***

Love is blind.

Aila understood this phrase more than anything. She learned the meaning of it when she was with Brian.

But she experienced the meaning of the phrase with her soulmates.

Aila was the type of person who choose personality over physical attributes. There needed to be some type of physical attraction, she wouldn't deny that, but the person always became more beautiful as she fell in love with them.

She didn't necessarily love her soulmates, but she found out just how much she actually cared about them.

Did she love them, yes.

Was she in love with them, no.

Could she possibly get there? Yes.

But everything was shattered when she walked out of the waiting room at the airport. Her soulmates had been more than clear how they felt.

However, in her eyes they still looked perfect. Her mind kept trying to be convinced of how wrong she was for them. How she was would never be enough for them.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and for Aila, her love was turning her blind.

Instead of thinking and driving herself crazy, she focused on her school work. She was at the end of the semester with final projects and papers. The past few days she was able to finish pretty much everything. Her sleepless night were a great contributing factor to her advancement.

All her attention was diverted from how wrong her chest felt. Something awful was going to happen. All her tears and thoughts just made her lose hope.

Without her knowing, the bond was getting damaged. She fail to notice what she felt wasn't just sadness.

Jason, however, had also done a great job at distracting her. When they were in Atlanta, the dancer invited Aila with some others for a night out. She honestly felt like she needed the distraction, even if her soulmates found out and disapproved.

Now she was making her way to her hotel room in New York. She didn't want to think about her soulmates, but checking Twitter intrigued her.

BigHit had posted "D-5" and a blurry picture. Armies going crazy trying to figure out what BigHit was trying to do. Many had come to the conclusion it was Augst D mixtape dropping.

As much as she didn't want to get excited, she did. She was still a fan of their work. She did the count on her head: D-day would be 5/22 and first day of MetLife is 5/23. How did they plan everything so good?! Of course Army would be going crazy at the concert. She only wished she had that much organization as she entered her room.

The rooms, which were all the same, felt fake to her. High-end hotels just to feel shitty.

But a smile made it to her lips. She was finally going to meet Brian and if plans went well, they would go to the concert together. As tired as she was, she picked out an outfit she looked good in, decided to shower, made sure to take time doing her curly hair, and put on enough make-up to enhance her face.

She wasn't a big fan of white jeans, but the ones she wore hugged her curves, insinuating her backside the most. She had a back long sleeve body suit, a black belt and black-lace up boots, with a 2" thick heel. She loooked New York ready.

She knew her soulmates were also getting ready, they had some type of Interview. She didn't really pay much attention to the staff as they prepared everything to get them ready.

She walked out her room, taking one more look in the mirror. She felt good, it had been some time since she had dolled herself up. She did a damn good job too.
