***italics means it was said in Korean**
Aila was currently in a car riding with Jungkook and Taehyung. Both men had been really quiet and had kept their distance from her. Aila had left what she called "the door of the bond" open, so emotions could just flow between them.
She was more than aware of how the two younger men felt. She had a goal to make them feel better by the end of the day.
They were on their way to Levi's Stadium. Today was the last day before the tour officially took off the next day. Aila guessed they were going to get acquainted with the stadium, run rehearsal, and just have whatever they could ready.
Aila was off in her own world thinking about how she had met her soulmates 4 days ago. April 20th. She couldn't think she would ever forget it. Her birthday was 2 days ago. She was officially 27, might as well say she's 30.
She still wasn't done with her school, no apartment and far off from getting a house, her mom is fighting cancer, and Aila had a feeling her mom was getting ready to make a huge decision regarding her treatments. Her life was a mess. While her soulmates probably had the next 3 years planned ahead of them.
She still didn't understanding how all the members of BTS were her soulmate. They have everything. They have 10 years of bonding time. They were each other's support, family, friends, best friends, partners in crime, lovers, co-workers. She knew they were in love with each other.
Such a beautiful thing to love and be in love. To be in love with your soulmates just made things 200 times better.
But how was she supposed to bond with them? To be at that level of bonding when she sometimes didn't really care to bond? She was making herself. Going against everything she was to be better for them. This was the most effort she had ever put into something. All of her actions were mostly an act she hoped would become a reality.
She knew the guys where in love with the idea of having their puzzle complete, but she didn't think they were going to fall in love with her.
She wanted to be transparent with them but she didn't know how to tell them she what she was or what she thought she was.
Her thoughts were interrupted when the stadium came into view. She was always in awe seeing the places BTS performed at. She had bought her camera with her hoping to get good shots.
"Guys?" She called out to her soulmates. How would they react when they find out? Will they turn their back on her? Brian almost did, specially because she was so harsh and mean to him.
"What's wrong Aila? Are you ok?" Taehyung could feel something was off.
"I'm scared."
"What are you scared of?" Jungkook grabbed her hand as he asked this
"I'm afraid I will never be anything more than BTS's soulmate."
Ok they were not ready for the impact her words. These were strong words, full of uncertainty. They didn't know how to respond. Aila was showing them a sensitive side. She was always so sure of herself and her actions. It was unnerving seeing her vulnerable.
They pulled her hands in theirs, pulling them to their lips, each giving her a kiss. Aila didn't miss the way her skin tingled. How happy she felt from this simple gesture. Was it the fact her walls were down? She knew Brian helped her become more aware of her actions but her soulmates were probably the ones to make her change. If she accepted the change.
Taehyung and Jungkook both felt the tingles as well. However they felt different this time. They weren't toxic and overwhelming, they were happy and warm like having a walk on the beach in the autumn sun. They could fell attraction for her, but not because the bond was making them pull her in, but because they saw her beauty for the first time. They saw how beautiful her smile was, how she had moles beautifully placed on her face, how she a semi- cleft chin.
