July 1838

Preparation for the wedding was in full swing. We planned to have our honeymoon in the Netherlands, as it was so beautiful. Bastien and I could not be happier. We had the blessings of our families - excluding the King. But he was not family.

I would now oftentimes begin to cry out of happiness. I could not believe my luck. Our wedding was to be held in January of 1839. The pastor and church had agreed on a date and it was perfect. We had all invitations sent out already. We agreed on a wedding with our closest family members and everything that was left of the les amis.

The members that were sent back home, Charlie, had been sentenced to a year in prison. He has been out for a couple of years now but he's still very loyal to Bastien.

Timothy was a great help. He had found his passion for drawing and he was very talented. I did not doubt that our boy would be a great artist one day.

Raphael had finally found a wife and they were married a week ago. I am glad he has finally settled down as my grandmother grew tired of him living with her. She wanted him to be happy and live with a woman that he truly loved.

Caroline had also met a young man. And they were coming to visit us this afternoon. Caroline was 21 and attended university as her alias Fabio. She wanted to become a doctor and help people.

Delilah was expecting her second child any day now. Her 4-year-old daughter finally became a big sister. We wanted to wait after the wedding. Maybe then a second child. We loved Timothy unconditionally.

"Your majesty.", he said.
"Huh?"
"You see since I am the Crown Prince, you'll be a Crown Princess, only as a title though."
"I do not need a title. I need you. I don't care about any title in the world when I cannot be by your side.", I said.

"I have finally divorced Maria.", he mumbled.
"You did? Oh my god.", I said out of pure excitement.

I jumped into his arms and he twirled me around.

"She doesn't know it yet."
"Oh. Well, who cares?", I said, bursting out laughing.

"Now, we must get back to planning our wedding."
"Don't forget that my sister is visiting and her man"
"How could I forget?"
"You always do."
"That one time."
"More like once a day.", I said.

He chuckled and pulled a funny face.

"I cannot believe that living feels so good."
"And it will be much better when we're married."

"Perfect.", he whispered, kissing me.
"Ew.", Timothy said.
