Acting Pt. 1 (S)

"Please Dream, I'm begging you-"
"Oh, are you Sapnap?" Dream drawled. "If you were begging, you'd be on your knees."

Luke watched silently from behind. This situation hurt him. Greatly. He knew it was roleplay and that they were streaming, but it hurt him to hear the tone of Sapnap's voice. Sapnap was a great actor and you could hear the emotions. Which helped with immersion but it hurt Luke to hear.

The two in front of him went back and forth for a few minutes when Luke just couldn't take it anymore.
"Guys?"
"What Punz?" Clay kept character.
"I- can we stop please..?" Sapnap knew that tone.
"Luke? You alright?" The boy refrained from calling him a pet name.
"Yeah just, I can't, take this right now." Man was he grateful for no facecam.
"Alright Luke, we can stop. You know that."
"Yeah, uhm. I'm gonna end stream. Then can I talk to you, Sapnap?"
"Yeah. Yeah, you can."
"Thanks."

The boy left the voice channel and ended his stream. Forgetting that Sapnap was streaming, he went back into the voice channel.
"Pandas I can't do this anymore. You're too good at acting. I can hear the emotions in your voice and it hurts me to hear you talk like that. I love you too much to hear you sound like that." Sapnap didn't respond for a few seconds.
"Luke, baby, did you forget that I was streaming?" My face dropped and my breathing picked up.
"Sap.." I whimpered.
"Luke. If you start crying you're gonna make me cry."
"S-S-Sap..that's not, the problem here-"
"Luke you need to breathe baby. Remember you can't survive without air." I laughed weakly. He said that joke every time I panicked. It made me laugh every time. I took a deep breath.
"..Sapnap I'm sorry."
"Hey, we've talked about that."
"I know. I know. Um so. Surprise! I guess. But seriously Sapnap, you've gotta stop being so great." Sapnap laughed his cute little giggle.
"You know I can't do that. And you know it's acting. I'm perfectly fine and I'd tell you if I wasn't."
"I know. I love you Pandas."
"I love you too baby."

Luke watched as chat freaked out. He had opened Sapnap's stream and was watching chat. He sighed.
"Guys stop talking about your ships. I feel like you can gather by what just happened that your ships aren't gonna happen." Sapnap laughed.
"He's right guys. Just because you guys want me and Karl to get together that doesn't mean we're gonna."

Their call rang with someone joining.
"Awww. So my fiancé was cheating on me?" I knew Karl well enough to know there was a tone hidden behind his joking.
"Uh, yeah. Hey Karl." I knew that tone too. Sapnap could hear it as well. I had to get us out of here.
"Um, Karl, chat, I think Sapnap and I need to go. We've got some things to discuss."
"Oh! Like what?" Fuck you, Karl.
"Oh, just you know. Boyfriend things." Sapnap sighed.
"Right, we're leaving. Luke." Sapnap left the call and Luke followed.

Sapnap ended his stream and Luke spoke.
"You heard it too right?"
"I did baby, but that doesn't mean you just go and act like that." Luke huffed.
"I'm not about to let him take you from me." Sapnap sighed.
"Luke, you know I wouldn't let him do that. Just like you don't like hearing me in pain, I'm not about to hear it from you."
"..You promise?" Sapnap giggled.
"Of course I promise baby." Luke smiled.
"Alright. Thanks, Pandas."
"Of course."

The two stayed on call for a few hours after. Little did they know, Karl and Quackity were in a call of their own.
"Q it worked! I think they believed me!"
"That's great Karl, but I still don't think we should do this."
"Oh come on babe! They kept this from us!"
"Yeah but we've been doing the same! And you heard them talking. They love each other. We could seriously ruin something by doing this."

The two, Karl and Alex, had been dating for a few months. They didn't tell anyone because, well, I don't know really. They already act like it so no one would really notice. But Karl was angry at Luke and Sapnap for hiding their relationship.

He wanted to get back at them. Alex was reluctant. They were doing the same for fucks sake! He also knew his friends enough to tell the other two really did love each other and he didn't wanna damage that.

Karl had a plan.

And it wasn't going to end well.

Time Skip [Luke's POV]

It's been a few days since the whole thing happened and today Sapnap, Clay, George, Karl, Alex, and I were gonna be streaming casual Minecraft. I was reluctant because of Karl but Sapnap wanted to so I agreed.

I started my stream, with facecam, last and undeafened in the call, only to hear,
"Sappy~" I wanted to puke.
"What." Sapnap sounded so uncomfortable. 
"Why so stiff fiancé?"
"Karl I thought I asked you to drop that bit."
"Yeah well, it's lore so why get rid of it when it's not causing a problem?" I huffed.
"Because it is causing a problem, Karl. You are flirting with my boyfriend and we aren't even doing lore. So drop. The bit."
"Why are you all snippy?" This time it wasn't me who huffed.
"I don't know, maybe it's because you're flirting with his boyfriend Karl?" 

I stopped. Alex was the one who spoke. Thank you, Alex. Karl whined.
"Alex~ I thought we talked about this."
"Yeah well, Karl we've been doing the same thing. So you can't talk." It clicked. I smirked.
"Karl back off, or I will expose you, right now." Karl laughed.
"What do you have against me?"
"You really wanna test me?" He huffed.
"I mean, there's nothing you have that'll embarrass me so go ahead."

I paused before asking,
"Alex may I?" He knew exactly what I was asking. He sighed.
"Go ahead." 
"I'm sorry Alex, but Karl, you and your boyfriend should leave the call before you really say something you'll regret." Karl gasped.
"Yeah. You took this one too far Karl." With that Alex left the call.

Karl let out a strangled cry and left the call too. Sapnap laughed in disbelief.
"What the fuck just happened?" Clay whispered. Sapnap laughed a bit.
"That was my boyfriend exposing Karl and Alex because Karl was being a little petty." I huffed.
"A little?" Sapnap laughed. George laughed as well.
"I can't believe I was gonna sleep through this."
