I apologize for all the punznap in this book, but a request is a request, and I like this plot. Also, when I got this request I immediately thought of this fanart series :) Anyways, the person has requested anonymity, so here you all go :)

Sapnap and Luke never thought that they would date. They never meant to. And growing up in a small conservative town in Texas, they were always told liking boys was wrong. But they ended up hanging out without the rest of the team, and now, here they are.

A secret couple.

When they first kissed, they pulled away and ran away from each other, but they're on the same football team and in the same friend group so they really couldn't avoid each other. So the next time it happened, they stayed and talked about it.

They agreed to keep hanging out and see what happens. And what happened was they decided to be together. Secretly. And they were pretty good about it. They only hung out at their houses, and they passed it off as doing homework.

And when they hung out around the group, they only ever talked if it was necessary. So it's safe to say, they were pretty good at it. No one knew. Except for Callahan. But they knew he wouldn't tell anyone.

They two were hanging out at Luke's house 'doing homework' when Luke's brother Callahan walked in. He managed to catch the two at the exact moment they kissed. The two pulled apart and Luke begged his brother not to say anything.

Callahan patted Luke's head and gave Sapnap a death glare, but walked out all the same. The two were scared out of their minds till the next day when nothing had changed. Callahan hadn't told anyone.

And so the two continued to keep it a secret. Even through all the bullshit that happened in the locker rooms. The only openly gay couple was the football team's captain Clay, and the water boy George.

The two were proud of their relationship so they flaunted it, only to be teased, and tripped, and all kinds of other bullshit. Sapnap and Luke didn't want that, so they said nothing and did nothing, no matter how much they wanted to.

Tonight, however, was the championship game, so the football players and everyone surrounding their team, got the day off to practice. And things seemed to be worse in the locker rooms.

They were all changing as normal when Lucas spoke up.
"Hey Clay, don't let your little fairy over there distract you tonight. We have to win." George put his head down while Clay scoffed.
"Oh fuck you, Lucas. He's my boyfriend, but this is my sport. I love him but I'm not gonna get distracted." George smiled a little while Lucas scoffed this time.

Sapnap caught Luke's eye and smiled at him. Luke smiled nervously back. Luke knew his boyfriend was planning something but he didn't know what. And it made him nervous. Very nervous.

They practiced all day. Taking breaks all the time as to not tire out the whole team before the game. And once game time came, they played. They played hard, and with the intent to win. Which they did.

There were ten seconds left on the clock and they needed two points to win. They were close enough for a field goal. So they went for it. And Sapnap made the kick. Everyone stormed the field, but Sapnap's eyes were on Luke.

Luke was celebrating with Callahan before Sapnap picked him up from behind and he squeaked.
"Sapnap, dude! You scared me!" Luke smiled. But it dropped as he turned and saw Sapnap's face. The boy looked so serious.

Luke smiled uneasily.
"Uh, everything alright?" Sapnap just continued to stare at him. By now the whole field was silent staring at the two.
"Sapnap?"

Before Luke could ask again Sapnap leaned down and picked the boy up by the thighs. Luke squeaked again.
"Sapnap,"
"Do you trust me?" Luke frowned.
"Course I do."

And with that Sapnap leaned in. It was like every other time they kissed, magical. Neither ever got used to the feeling of the other's lips. The two pulled away and smiled at each other. From behind Sapnap, Luke saw his brother smiling at him. He smiled back.

And before the two knew it the whole field erupted in cheers. Luke's eyes widened and he looked around the field. He laughed a bit. He looked back to Sapnap.
"We did it." Sapnap nodded.
"Yeah, we did."

And the two ended the night with another kiss.

This was one simple and fun to write. I thank the person who requested this. Enjoy :) - Pidge
