Peter was a student at MIT. His dorm was plain, nothing in it but a bed, a desk, and a little kitchenette. That bathrooms were down the hall, but they were so gross that the boy never used them. Oh, he also had a little dog bed for Loki when the boy decided to come with him to school.

He'd come as a service dog so that no one questioned it. He loved Loki a lot, but James was the one who really had his heart. He loved the man more than words could explain, although he had never really tried because the two had no need for words. They communicated in touches and looks.

That's one of the things he really loved about them. They could tell exactly what the other was feeling and thinking with just one look. They simply had no need for words. He couldn't wait to see James again. It had been months. That's why today was one of the best days of Peter Stark-Romanoff's life.

He got to go home and see his family. Although he dreaded the reason they had to go back. His physics class had won a free trip to the tower. And Peter was both over the moon and scared out of his witts. He hadn't been home in months, and if he knew his family, he knew they'd find some way to embarrass him.

James was watching the others scramble around trying to get ready for Peter's return. They were simultaneously trying to clean while also scheming the boy's demise. Natasha, James, Tony, and Loki were the only four standing to the side.

These four knew the younger spider well enough to know at some point during this tour he would get sick and tired of the others bothering him that something would happen. Now if only they knew just how wrong and right they were.

Time Skip

Peter walked slowly with his class hoping to prolong the inevitable. They had gotten to the tower and now they were waiting for their tour guide. He assumed it would be someone he didn't know, not Harley fucking Keener. Peter dropped his head into his hands and sighed.

Peter's POV

I watched as Harley distributed the passes until he got to me. He stared at me for a second before moving on.
"Nice to see you too Keener." He smiled.
"What are you doing here Parker? I thought you wouldn't be home till Christmas at this rate." I huffed.
"Fuck you, Keener. I was gonna come back before then, I just didn't know exactly when. Also, I'm here on a school trip you nonce. But I am excited to see James, mom, dad, and Loki." Harley smiled and went up to the front to start the tour.

My class looked at me like I was insane. I sighed and ignored the looks, thinking about my family that I'm sure to see. Honestly, if I see Loki, James, mom, and dad, that would be enough. I really don't wanna see the others while my class is here. I know they'd do something stupid to embarrass me.

We walked up to the scanner which Harley demonstrated, then told the class to go through. One by one they filed through, ending with me. I sighed and walked through the scanner, and instead of F.R.I.D.A.Y.'s voice coming through the speakers, it was Karens.

'Peter Stark-Romanoff. Level 10. Five authorized weapons detected. It's good to see you, Peter. Would you like me to inform the Spider Squad of your arrival?'

I sighed and said,
"It's good to hear you again to Karen. And go ahead and tell them I'm here. I'd like to see them at some point." I whispered the last part mostly to myself.
