Grayson was sitting on the grass where the elevator to his spaceship used to be. He was used to sitting here now. Ever since his house was blown up he had been staying with his brother, but he still really fucking missed his house, all his stuff, and Dogchamp.
He was frustrated about being used. All anyone ever used him for anymore, was entertainment. He was sick and tired of it. He just wanted to live his life. He's seventeen. Why does he have to be sent to war for money?
He just wanted to sit with his dog and his brothers and have a good day for once. After his base was blown up and Dogchamp had died, and Luke went searching for his brother, he found the boy sitting in front of a headstone. Dogchamp's headstone.
Luke had sat down next to the boy and put his arm around his brother.
"I can't believe he's gone. He's really gone, Luke." Grayson whimpered.
"I know Gray I know. How about you come live with me for a while? We can build you a new house, and hang out more." Grayson gently nodded.
Luke stood up and gently pulled the other up. He led Grayson to his tower and got the boy situated. He made sure the boy was comfortable before leaving the boy, he knew he would want some alone time.
He sat around for a while feeling anger bubble inside him. He wants to kill whoever hurt his little brother. He decides that he will kill whoever hurt his little brother. He grabs his sword, all his other weapons, and some potions and goes out to find information.
Time Skip
He came home with nothing. He was frustrated, but no one seemed to want to cough up anything. He walked back up to Grayson's room to find the boy sulking with tear stains on his face. It made him angry, someone had done this to his little brother and he couldn't even find the bastard.
He sat down next to the boy waiting for him to talk first. He knew the other would talk when he felt comfortable. After a little while of silence, Grayson spoke up sarcastically,
"Name a more iconic duo than my crippling fear of abandonment and my anxiety. I'll wait." Luke sighed before laughing a bit,
"You and me." Grayson's eyes widened a bit before his eyes watered.
Luke looked over briefly and freaked out.
"What, what did I say, why are you crying Gray?" He reached out to him. The other sniffled and laughed,
"No just, god I missed you. I wish we could go back to the days when we were kids, and didn't have any responsibilities, and didn't have to go to war, or kill people, I miss mom and dad." Luke sighed.
He missed their parents too.
"I know Gray I know. How about we go see Clay and the three of us, can just have a day, maybe even a week to ourselves. How does that sound?" Grayson looked through hooded eyes at his brother and barely even nodded.
The three siblings hadn't seen each other since the day Clay was taken by the Greater SMP rulers. That day had broken the two younger children. They lost their older brother and never saw him again till a few years ago.
Even now they still don't see him often and when they do it's on a battlefield. Luke got up and pulled the younger with him. He walked the two of them out to the middle of nowhere. They were in the middle of a flower field.
Grayson made a confused noise. Luke smiled. He kicked a leaf and leaned down. He gently pressed a button and the sound of pistons firing was heard. Grayson watched in awe as two bubble-vators were exposed.
Luke walked over and walked right into the down one. Grayson hesitated before following. They ended up at the bottom where Luke yelled out,
"CLAY, COME SEE YOUR SIBLINGS BITCH!" A loud wheeze echoed through the base.
After a few seconds, Clay rounded the corner with a certain dog running behind him.
"DOGCHAMP!" Grayson cried running to the dog. Clay smiled at his brother.
"I saw the base explode, and I saw Dogchamp fall. I caught him before he hit the ground and brought him here to make sure he was ok. I nursed him back to full health and I was actually gonna come return him today before you two showed up."
Grayson got up and rushed to hug Clay. Luke smiled at the two before joining the hug. And after a second they felt Dogchamp rush up and rub at their legs. All three laughed before breaking off and going to sit in Clay's living room.
The three spent the rest of the day together, and even the rest of the week. The rest of the SMP had no idea where any of the three were but no one really worried. The three were some of the best fighters on the server, they'd be fine.
And they were. The three enjoyed sitting with each other and actually talking like normal. Although they missed being kids, and their parents, but they enjoy where they are now, sitting together, like siblings.
Can you guys tell that I have a terrible relationship with my brothers? No? Ok. Enjoy :) - Pidge
