Ever since things had calmed down in the SMP, Ranboo had gotten used to a sort of routine. He'd hang out with the Syndicate, and then go home to Tubbo and Micheal. But recently he had been thrown for a loop.
He was walking home when Tommy walked out of nowhere and stopped him. The boy didn't even say anything he just held his arms out and made grabby hands. Ranboo frowned but picked the boy up anyway.
He quietly walked home with the raccoon boy attached to him. When he got there he got a weird look from Tubbo, but Ranboo just shrugged. Tommy had been through so much trauma, he wasn't just gonna abandon the boy.
Ranboo may have barely been older but he felt so much older. Eventually, Tommy fell asleep and Ranboo put the boy on their couch before going to find Tubbo. Once he did the two sat in silence for a while.
Confused, Tubbo spoke up.
"Why was Tommy attached to you?"
"I have no idea. I wasn't just gonna leave him out there though so I just came home and he wouldn't let go till he fell asleep." Tubbo frowned.
The two decided not to pry and just let the boy be. No one could ever really tell what was going on with Tommy anymore. The next day when Tommy woke up he walked around until he found Ranboo.
Once he did he woke the boy up. Ranboo, confused, looked around, registering that it was Tommy. Once he did he tilted his head at the boy. Tommy held his arms out again. Ranboo sighed and let the boy latch onto him.
They sat there for a while before Ranboo spoke up.
"What's going on Tommy?" The boy shook.
"I've been having nightmares and flashbacks. I'm scared." Ranboo frowned.
"Ok. Do you have a reason for imprinting on me?" The raccoon hybrid shook his head.
"Ok. That's ok."
Ranboo kinda thought it was sweet that Tommy trusted Ranboo enough to imprint on him. All the hybrids on the server have imprinted on someone or another. Ranboo imprinted on Tubbo, and here Tommy was, imprinting on him.
Now over the next few weeks, things changed. It took a lot of convincing for the Syndicate to let Ranboo bring Tommy, but eventually, with a bit of convincing from Phil, they let him. And Tubbo welcomed Tommy into their home, and so did Micheal.
And so Ranboo settled into another routine. One that included Tommy. One where he takes Tommy everywhere and helps the boy feel ok. He knew the trauma and he wanted to help, so that's what he did.
I'm sorry it's so short, but this is all the motivation I've got. Something longer will come after MCC definitely. I've got something I wanna write but I need to see MCC to write it, so, Enjoy :) - Pidge
