"This seems like a bad idea" you whisper to Fleur as you two sat in a random hallway in Hogwarts. Both of you not expecting to fall so quickly, and when you say quickly you are talking 48 hours, for each other. To think you two had just met when she came to Hogwarts for the Triwizard competition. She walked in and you to say you were rendered speechless is an understatement, you couldn't even put thoughts together. She was everything, simply everything.

Lucky for you, the feeling was mutual. As Fleur sat down after her entrance her gaze went across the room but stopped when it got to you. You were simply, everything. She told herself she would introduce herself. She told herself she would have fun. She told herself she wouldn't fall, but she did. From the first conversation, Fleur fell.

There you two were sitting in the abandoned hallway at 2 in the morning. Side by side. Talking about your hopes and dreams, learning everything you can about each other. Hoping this is just a nightmare and that you two would wake up in each other's arms. Together, forever.

Sadly this is not a dream or nightmare, this was real life. This was raw. This was pain that would not go away for a while or at all. You had never felt what you felt with Fleur. You like who you have become in the last 48 hours, with being around her.

You know how to get used to who you are without her, it shouldn't be too hard, you've been doing it your whole life except the last 48 hours. Shouldn't be too hard.

At least it shouldn't have been.
